The bread here is really good. Personally, I recommend the "Pork Floss Bun". When you add your phone number, you can earn points and gradually get a free drink or cake. The tapioca pearls in the bubble tea taste a bit weird though, so I wouldn't get that here.

I am not Chinese. The vast majority of customers are, or at least speak Chinese. I love their cream-filled and their Red Bean buns. They also make delicious cookies and a host of desserts. If you go in early in the morning they sell their day-old pastery at a much reduced price, but my preference is for fresh. ...sometimes still warm from the oven. I love this place!

We enjoyed the sweets of this bakery. Sometimes they have a 50% off tray at the front 🍰🍩🍪

So far my favorite bakery in the area. Some say the bread is expensive, but I find a filling size for their price. If I'm ever nearby and in need of a quick inexpensive but filling snack or meal, Bread Corner is the first place I think of.
There's only about two tables inside the bakery so it's not a sit-to-eat place which I don't mind. Their bubble tea is a miss for me, but I let it slide since it's not a bubble tea place.

The desserts here not overly sweet. The egg tarts are delicious. I tried the coconut one. It's not bad, but the plain one is definitely better.

Bread Corner is my go to for pineapple buns, but they have a variety of other tasty pastries and baked goods, too!

The cheese honey toast has a sweet/savory balance that reminds me of a Filipino dessert called ensaymada and is simply inviting. They have a pastry called a red bean pillow that is half the size of a lumbar pillow, so it's large enough to share for sure. I loved that it was not overly sweet at all, which allowed the butteriness of the pastry and red bean filling to come through.

The prices are much more affordable than other Asian bakeries like Paris Baguette and Shilla, but the pastries here are of the same quality (maybe even better) with a similar flavor profile. This may be a bad thing since you can find yourself taking home a mountain of treats!

The staff here greet customers warmly with a smile, which creates a welcoming environment.

They are located in a small strip mall adjacent to to the Giant grocery store. The parking area is a bit small so parking can be a bit tough depending on the time of day, but don't let this stop you from supporting Bread Corner!

I paid for a Swiss rolls but it was not packed into my shopping bag. I found it out when I got home so called the store. They happily agreed to offer me a replacement next time when I stop by. I am satisfied with the service.

Also the food is very tasty.

Very quaint and tiny store that is oddly just the perfect size for what they serve. You'll quickly notice that the bread products are not only fresh but expertly crafted by highly skilled artisans.

The cakes are ridiculously cute and mouth watering.

When you checkout they have a free program you can join and on the spot you can get a free bubble tea just for signing up! Worthy visit time and again.

Softest roll cakes I've ever eaten. Also the almond cake was good. So good and not overly sweet. Will definitely return here again and again. Three thumbs up! Can't wait to try out the other cakes! :)

The storefront may not look as impressive, but trust me, this is the best Asian bakery in the entire Montgomery County in my opinion. They have a variety of pastries for a very reasonable price. They also make Asian cakes that are not nauseatingly sweet like the American cakes. This is my go-to store for custom birthday cakes.

Love this place! I always get the salted egg buns. They have a wide variety of the buns. I also love their shredded pork pastry. The tastes are very consistent so you always know what to expect.

My favorite bakery!!! Love their cakes, especially the chestnut with matcha, and the ones that are covered in mango. I usually don’t order ahead, just show up early that morning for one.

I consider it’s a blessing to have this store on my way to work, every Tuesday. $2.50 for 1 nice cup of fresh soy milk and 2 egg lava custard buns - Heaven! I cannot ask for a better treatment for such a small cost. The girls here are so friendly, so helpful. I think they know by heart what I want to order when I walk in nowadays. It makes me feel warmly welcomed every time.

A few specialties you cannot miss trying out at this amazing place: 1. Portuguese egg custards (If they are not hot when you get them at the shop, no worries - toast them in your conversational oven for 5 minutes. It will come out as delicious as when you get yours in that expensive shop in Portugal); 2. Pineapple paste fillings in anything (especially when it has a salted egg yoke inside); 3. Fruit cakes for special occasions (the lightest, freshest, yummiest you can get for your money); 4. Danish milky loaf (pre-sliced, ~8 slices/loaf), toast a slice to enjoy with milk/latte/tea will bring you so much happiness Scrumptious! I promise. 5. Sponge cup cakes (my cousin would ask for 6 of this when I’m on my way to visit her).

Something I miss that they don’t make anymore - Napoleon with candied orange peel mixed in the cream filling. They have the regular/popular Napoleons, which I’m not crazy about. This makes me sad. But I always on the look out, hoping some day they will bring that back.

I love this place! Try a little of everything they have to offer. I think you’ll love this small shop too.

This is good bread place and their price is much cheaper compare with korean and American bread store. They are really tasty. I definitely love it. Just hope they have one near Manassas so I can go more often, I need drive one hour to Rockville. I love their egg tart. Cheap and delicious, everything is not as sweet as other place.

Delicious asian bakery goods, they have items like Portuguese egg tarts, taro bun, red bean bun, and roast pork buns. They also have frozen steam buns in the front.

While I haven't been to this location I have had the custard buns. My girlfriend and I both loved them. Especially the coconut raisin. I'll make sure to stop by next time I'm in Rockville.
