I’m a loyal customer because the staff makes top notch drinks, they’re kind, friendly and make me feel very welcome. I enjoy the rewards app and redeeming points for free drinks that add up from being a regular customer. I highly recommend this as a good hangout spot to catch up with friends or work. This location also has excellent WiFi. The space is immaculately clean, there’s always plenty of places to sit.

Came in today with my daughter. Our drinks were so good but what made our order 5 star was the staff today. Riley took our order and he was so friendly and knowledgeable. I was trying to re create a drink my friend ordered. He was so patient. The people making drinks were also friendly. Thank you!

I absolutely love Starbucks the drink I always get is a regular iced coffee with a lot of whip cream me and my 2 golden retrievers love whip cream! I live how they always celebrate pride and celebrate people's differences they also has your coffee made fresh and the food is always hot and ready ! ❤❤

I love coming to the Starbucks in Rincon, Ga. I can relax and enjoy the best drinks ever made & eat a great breakfast or lunch. The employees are always so nice and welcoming. I recommend this Starbucks over any around town! 🤍
-I would prefer the music to be lower but that’s the only complaint I have. Great genre of music.

All the baristas at this location are the sweetest and actually care that my drink tastes good and they get to know me. I cant say any if that about the pooler location anymore. This is the only location that I can guarantee my drink will be right at least 100% of the time. Amy other location it's too hot not sweet enough or too sweet or the coffee is burnt or the milk is sour but the manager mr rod does a fine job of ensuring his staff is accurate every time

I was given a free pumpkin drink to try, due to it coming out in the fall. I am grateful for thr opportunity to try it, however it was not good. There was no pumpkin spice flavor to it all all. It just tasted like cold coffee with nothing in it. Please go back to the drawing board with this one! I'd be happy to try again, but what I was given was not it 😬☹

I go there all the time. I love the drinks and cookies.The employees are nice they help people who can't read what they want. So I am giving Starbucks five star.

The barista that helped me was very sweet and patient! I asked for suggestions on a Christmasy drink and she made me something with mint.. the drink tasted like medicine and I didn't like it but it may have just been my taste buds. I would definitely go back and just stick with my usual drinks.

I usually order through the app and it's always ready to go when I get there. Everyone is always friendly.

We were greeted with a smile and how can we help you? Everyone seems super nice! We had to wait a few minutes and the girl said she was sorry and gave us a recovery card for next time. Very nice!!!!😊

This team is always amazing day or night! But come on Starbucks Corporate step your game up… It’s 2022 to allow us customers to tip the team members on our credit cards to reward them for their awesome service and a job well done!!!

The baristas were very nice and knowledgeable about their drinks and were very patient. In addition to this, I left my purse here and when I returned more than an hour later, they had put it in the back for me to ensure it was not taken. I was very grateful and thankful they went beyond their duties and were paying attention to their surroundings. Very nice people and definitely great customer service!

Chipper staff, fast service(both drive thru & lobby), wonderful interactions with the community, great recommendations for new stuff to try, clean lobby and bathroom, and the only time there was an oops with my order it was immediately remedied. Love this place!

Update: Still the fastest Starbucks in the area, and so accommodating. My favorite location!
