Simply the Best!!! From sales to service, they are awesome!! Very professional! My daughter purchased a Trailblazer from Rincon Chevy and the sales staff are amazing. We spoke with Niki, the finance manager, she is so sweet. Niki assured us that they would pay top dollar for the trade and they did just that!!Tony (new car manager) was determined to get the numbers right and he did everything until my daughter was pleased. Oscar was our sales consultant. I also had my personal experience with the service department. They rectified a problem that another dealer did to my vehicle. I pulled up to the service bay and asked for help and Jim Hill was more than pleased to help me. He did everything he could do to make sure my vehicle was fixed. The GM Mr. Jesse took time from his lunch to speak with me and make sure their service team was able to help. The service advisor Tiesha was very nice and also helped make sure I was taken care of. I had bad experience at another dealer, but they really care about the customer at Rincon Chevy. Thank you Rincon Chevy for amazing service all around!!

My 2021 XLT Yukon had a bad whining noise. I called and spoke with Jimmy Brown the service Manager, he told me to drop it off for them to look at it. I found out that it was the tension pulley. The repair was done in a timely manner. I was a good experience and a pleasure to have a dealership that could find the problem and do the repair quickly. Also, Jimmy Brown took time to stop and ask me if everything was good. The service technician Barbara was very professional and pleasant to work with also.

The entire service department is great here! From the service advisors to the service crew. Jimmy and Eddie made it a much better experience compared to my experience with two other GMC/Chevy dealerships. There are two other GMC/Chevy dealerships that are closer to me but I'd gladly drive here every time for the service and honesty I received
