Staff was helpful and friendly. Food came our fast and hot. Order was accurate. Drinks were good. However, I could have had a bit more alcohol

My family and friends come here just about every week. We have never had bad service or bad food. Everyone is friendly and very accommodating. The portions are exactly how they should be. The staff is always keeping it clean and organized even during their most busiest times. I will always recommend this establishment to everyone.

Place is great. They are always busy and the food stays fresh. Sometimes the waiters work so fast that they walk away before you're done falling but otherwise the do great. They still get your order right and on time. The bus girls need to slow down too. I've seen them try to get things done so quickly they drop stuff and cut people off when they are walking. But atmosphere is great and food is delicious!

Nice casual ambiance. Food selection was vast and variety. All wss good. should say excellent. Not since Chi Chis have i had deep fried ice cream. Guaranteed you will like

New to the area. Still trying to find a good Mexican restaurant. My husband is the judge: chicken chimichunga. He thought they were really good.

June 27, 2023 Dinner tonight. Decided to not do the usual. Found a new favorite! Bacon- wrapped shrimp. Oh my. Comes out on a sizzling platter. Served with rice and a salad. Bite off rice and shrimp... excellent. You "think" you want "Mexican, " but you really want the shrimp!

Great food, great service and surprisingly fast. I definitely recommend Jalapenos it was busy but we still got served very quickly.

The food is very good. The meal they serve is always nice and hot, and they serve it with a smile. Although the place is very busy, the people who work there are always doing their best, serving and helping people with diligence.

This is the BEST restaurant in Rincon Ga, and BEST Mexican restaurant in the Savannah/Pooler area. I’ve lived in Savannah area for about 6 years and this place is unbeatable. The employees all work hard and are all super nice! And the manager is beyond hardworking and extremely nice! Highly, highly recommend!!! Also… there is a jalapeños in savannah and pooler, but the best one is in Rincon!!!!

Very courteous employees quick food great taste My time at this establishment was fabulous. Don't understand why I didn't have to wait to be seated 90% of this restaurant's clientele doesn't know they exist at this location or they would be much busier. Five stars and two thumbs up great place to eat alone or with your family The menu is very cost effective for the times we are living in today.

The food was absolutely delicious, the server we had went above and beyond for us to make sure we enjoyed our food. They even sung happy birthday to my mom. I'll definitely be coming back, and I would definitely recommend coming here to get a bite to eat.

If you are familiar with the Jalapeno's chain, you know what you are getting.

If you have never experienced them and it is your first time, I would definitely suggest giving them a try if you like this type of cuisine.

Compared to other places, they have your typical dishes you would expect along with some of their own.

Atmosphere is great and staff is awesome and friendly.

If you are trying to stay away from crowds, I encourage you to order ahead for takeout instead of dining in. The staff does a great job with wearing masks but no one else does and it does get crowded, especially the bar.

Overall the food is always great and it's an awesome place to grab some food when your in the mood.

This is where I eat at least 2 times a week, chimichangas and Molcajete !!! Yummmm both of those are big dishes you can have food for later such a big serving!!!

Good food good drinks. Cafeteria style dining was a bit odd.

Lunch, Drinks and Customer Service was Phenomenal! I am never disappointed when I plan a trip to Jalapeños! I could come back tomorrow, especially for the Chips, Queso and Sangria! 🥰
