The young guy behind the counter had no interest in helping me out. He quickly turned me over to the manager Brenton (Brent) who was super polite and professional. He helped me resolve an issue in seconds that I wasn't able to get fixed at a neighboring advance autoparts 30 minutes away. He found my information in the system and helped me secure another battery. I'll make sure to come to this location more often. Thanks for being patient and helping me out sir!

Great place very friendly. They allowed my Grandson's Basketball team The Effingham Bulldogs do a car wash to help generate funds to help with the expense of Elite Basket basket ball teams. We have boys and girls teams.

My car was dead. Had to jump start it. I needed a new car battery. Store was busy but I was able to get what I needed quickly. Associate was helpful and efficient and the store loaned me the tools I needed to swap out my battery in the parking lot. Was about to drive off under my own power in about 40 minutes.

Had car troubles n hoped the alternator and the battery were the issues. Unfortunately not, but Taylor gave me no hassle whatsoever on my return. I was very nervous wondering whether or not i would get my money back and he made the process a pleasure. Highly recommend!

Knowable, friendly service. Didn't have to wait long, came out and checked battery for free then quickly changed when I found I need another. Very helpful in choosing the right battery and letting know which ones that don't usually have trouble with. No pushy sales.

Came in this afternoon and it was fairly busy. I was assisted by Dan for new wipers for my car. He looked them up, went and got them, took my payment and then proceeded to install them for me. The whole experience took no time and was so easy. I was in and out no problems. Thank you Dan!
