Exceptional service at Rutland Tire & Wheel! Every staff member I encountered was courteous and professional, whether it was for tires or any other automotive repair. Their expertise and dedication consistently shine through. A special shout-out to Dana who went above and beyond to assist me during my time of need. I’m genuinely impressed with the level of dedication and customer care demonstrated by this team. If you’re in Rincon and need tire services or any automotive repairs, I highly recommend this place. I always feel taken care of here and never feel taken advantage of. They explain everything thoroughly and then give you the choice of what you want to spend your money on. Both of the ladies in the front are super nice and helpful. It's so nice to go in somewhere and feel like family.

The staff here is amazing. They don't make appointments, so you have to get in line, and sometimes it takes a while, but they usually are fast (within the same day). But they definitely try their best.

I will say though that the people who work here have the patience of saints! The amount of customers that I've seen expecting immediate work and/or work for free, or for practically free, is crazy. One of those people was SO rude and they stayed professional.

I will continue to go there and recommend them to friends and family.

Rutland has serviced our vehicles for 15+ years here in Rincon, and not just for tires or oil changes. So very knowledgeable and fair. They are able to troubleshoot any problem, and are always honest about whether they can make the repairs. Rutland is truly the best around. We just love them and you will, too!

My best friend and I needed a tire within a few hours and this was the only place to have same day delivery before we both went to work. Things ended up not working out because of a power outage at the other location, but not only was (I believe her name was Nikki?) Ms.Nikki sweet, but she had it done the next morning. She made the stress and anxiety easier!!

Above and beyond customer service and service experience. Came for a tire change and they fixed my skid plate and bumper as well and I didn't even have to ask them!!!

5 stars for a top to bottom great experience. Dana for being honest and upfront about the job, Nicky for being so polite and pleasant during my long wait time, and Curtis for working through what turned out to be a very complex fix. Will definitely be coming back.

Great place to get tires. Can be slow due to their volume of business. So plan to drop off your vehicle so you can be stress free! They do great work, and are reasonably priced.
Good place to get tires for a horse trailer too. They will do a thorough check on you bearings etc if you ask. Your horses safety depends on good tires.

My tire sensor said i had a major low tire. I'd had some trouble with low pressure a few weeks ago then it was ok until today. I called to see if they could look at it and was able to go right away. That was convenient. They could not find a leak; perhaps it's a really slow one or the sensor. They were very friendly, polite and did not charge me even though they had spent plenty of time working on it. I was very grateful.

Great place to do business. I had planned to drop my truck for them to repair a tire but they had it fixed before my wife could get there. Quick, courteous.

I went here distressed about tire pressure light. Found outa screw in my tire. The guy who helped me was very nice. My husband is away because of work, and I don't know much about cars. So I really needed help with basics without the hassle of a hard sell or being taking advantage of. Well it was a good thing I came here. They gave me all my options and took care of me without charging a dime. I was in and out in no time. My 3 year old even had fun since they keep a few books for her age group. I would highly recommend these guys to you.

They were able to service my tire as I came in with a large screw without an appointment. This is the second time that I have been in a bind and they have got to me quickly.

Went to get a tire checked and repaired. The tire could not be repaired do to a pin hole leak in the sidewall. I have road hazard at Walmart for the tire so I had to go there to replace it. Rutland did not charge me for their services and was very nice. I would highly recommend going there.

I love Rutland Tire. They have reasonable prices and they never suggest something I don't need. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I won't go anywhere else for my tire, brake, and oil needs.

Class A- 5 Star Service. Just moved to the area and visited several places in need of tires, brakes, and a oil change. Received exceptional customer service here and great prices!!!

Good honest people. I had an issue once with a set of tires wearing out too fast(manufacturer problem) and Trey went above and beyond to get them replaced with a better tire. Would highly recommend.
