Sonic Drive-In

All of our food was fresh and hot(GET THE PRETZEL TWISTS), ready very quickly, and Lynette was fantastic! She was so sweet with our slightly grumpy 10yo, and turned her whole day around. As long as she works there, we will keep coming back!

I despise Sonic, generally speaking. I go because my family loves the mozzarella sticks. HOWEVER, this was the friendliest team I've encountered in the food service industry in the last few years. The staff alone would have made up for the fact that Sonic is notorious for having habitually overcooked/dry food. Again, a big HOWEVER, the food came out fast and was pretty fantastic. My husband loved the butter garlic burger, and the classic chicken sandwich was cooked perfectly. Definitely can not stress the staff's friendliness, not just 1 employee, the entire team! Well done!

You have an employee there, truly sorry I didn't get his name, that exemplifies everything an owner would want. Very respectful, courteous, very apologetic for maybe a 5 min. wait. I'll definitely be back and tbh it's due to him. So many of these qualities have gone by the way side. Y'all better do everything you can to keep him around. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE!!!

Where to begin...four words to change your life: buffalo, chicken, dip, bites. Try them quickly in case they become seasonal. Best thing on the menu and worth the visit so you can also experience the wonderful staff who are very nice and respectful!

Food was delicious and the service was fast and friendly. I ordered through the app and got my meals in no time at all and most importantly it was hot when I got home. Definitely will be back to enjoy the seating outside.

I tried doing a survey but the store number wasn't complete to do so (my fault. Receipt was in pocket) I went on 3/21/23 at 1:05pm and my drive thru experience was fantastic!!! Joey(?) Took my order swiftly and was very kind. Once I got to the window Iesha (the receipt says that was my carhop so I'm assuming. She has red curly hair) was so sweet!!!! Big smile and so friendly! Order was correct and service was great! (Check #474610) I've been here many times and never had an issue. Sometimes it's a little slammed but so far so good. Idk who's working when these bad reviews come in but it's not this crew!

The customer service was great, there was no long wait. There breakfast 😋 are delicious and grand! They should advertise that more. The only thing I dislike 👎 is the texture of the meat in the burgers 🍔. I give it 3 out 5! It's not completely horrific, but it still has quality.

Great stop, I've dropped by a lot over the past couple months. If they make a mistake they correct it. John has been an amazing representative for the company with his fast and courteous service.

The people are always very nice And the food has greatly improved over the last over the last year. II am happy to increase my erase my review from a 3 star because I have been impressed with their efforts

My family usually goes to Huddle House for Christmas but this year they closed at 6 and we showed up at 6:10 so we were thankful this Sonic was opened. We parked and ordered and then our son wanted another item so we did the drive thru after eating and both workers we experienced were super nice and the food was good.

Good food and excellent service. We had bad experiences here in the past so hadn't visited in a couple years. Decided to try once more and were pleasantly surprised. Girl that took our order was pleasant and competent, filled our order correctly, made us feel welcome. Wish I had gotten her name to give her credit, just hope she realizes how much we appreciated her service.

I ordered a redbull slushy and one for my child, the nerds slushy. Both were great! Quick and friendly service at the drive thru.

The staff here was very on point with serving us tonight, they informed us they were short staffed,
I was very impressed with our server jack he was very phenomenal with his customer server skills,he went over and beyond

I was pleasantly surprised by the service we received. They were fast, courteous and efficient. They even provided a bag of different sauces for us. Definitely will be returning. Also the food was hot and delicious.

I enjoyed both of my visits to Sonic last evening. It was late so I used the drive-thru both times. Chris remembered me the second time and welcomed me back. The All American dog was good and the strawberry shake was thick and tasty. Service was good though it was a little slow the first time due to being late and busy.

In the age of "Covid" nonsense, this Sonic is still making it happen.

We've been in for breakfast a few times, and it's clear whoever is working the morning shift is ALSO completely alone. They take the order, then MAKE IT THEMSELVES.

But!

Sonic breakfasts are actually pretty good. Just don't expect the kind of speedy service you'd like. That's just not possible.
Sign of the times baby! Get used to it.

Not sure if it was because there was no one there or not, but everything was super fresh (fries and burgers were awesome) and the jalapinos were on point. I changed up my order a couple of times bc of an indecisive husband but they still got the order right. The only downside is their ice cream machine was down, but Tyler make up for it for being such a good sport and he genuinely acted like he cared. This kid should get some type of recognition from management. He totally made the visit worth it.

Fast friendly drive up service. The deserts are so good. And love the $.50 corn dog days and the $1 hot dog days. Hamburgers are good, Tator tots as well. Something for everyone if you want fast food that is good. Only a drive up or outdoor eating area though.

Kudos to Jack, he always gives fast and reliable service with a smile, always makes our day when we pick up sonic
