Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I can't say much about most Dairy Queen's.
But I can say a lot about this one.
The staff and the management go above and beyond. My orders always correct. The restaurants always clean on the inside.
The owner cares about their customers, employees and community. They a genuinely generous to the community.

My go to growing up in the late 60’s. I have tried many DQ’s and non compare to the food here. Best slaw dog anywhere!

We stopped at this Dairy Queen for lunch, and we’re so glad we did, everything tasted absolutely delicious!! 💯🤤🎉

I am a huge banana split person and theirs are great!
The employees are all very nice, too, like most people in this area!

I mean it's Dairy Queen so I'm not roping a moon or anything but hey the food was fresh and tasted good. They got my order right the 1st time the place was clean and staff was friendly so....5stars

Great experience each time I visit.
The staff always facilitates effective communication by repeating my order and order is always accurate at the pickup window.
Staff are courteous, accommodating, and excellent at expediting wait times.
The food has always been consistent and as a bonus they offer a generous military discount.
It's abundantly clear they have effective management due to the training and development they have invested in their staff and it's reflected in their performance.
Can't recommend enough!

Average dairy queen service could be quicker though

If this store is franchise this is definitely one of the Best ...Great EVERYTHING....🙏

Very fast, friendly and accurate every time I have been.

Went threw the drive tonight. A lot of working staff and they all were smiling and seemed to be enjoying themselves, which is a great thing! Get so sick of seeing miserable staff when I go places. Everyone we interacted with was very polite. Will be coming back.

The food was good, excellent service and atmosphere. They had plenty of workers to help you and get your order out promptly.

Didn't have any trouble ordering inside. They were a little crowded while I was there, but the service was fast and courteous. I just grabbed a double cheeseburger, so no pics this time. This is easily the best Dairy Queen in Jefferson.

I'll admit, fast food isn't my first choice, but this day I stopped by and ordered at the drive through.
I'll start by saying, the young lady that greeted me was very happy and so bubbly. Much needed improvement for the lull I was feeling as I was on my way to visit my mom. She's been diagnosed with Alzheimer's dementia. I'm due to leave town today so this was an extra special visit for me. My mom requested a cheese burger meal with a chocolate shake. (That's what she got). I was worried that the food would be less than fresh when I drove the 20+ minutes to her house.
When I served my mom her lunch her first response was " Wow, this is still so warm. It's really good."
Sorry for the wordy review and I'll sum it with saying....
The food, while being fast food, was good and fresh. But the service is what stood out. Thank you for your uplifting attitude in the drive through. You never know what someone may be dealing with and you guys were just a bright spot in my day. Thank you!

Love this DQ. The kids that work there are very respectful. The owner does a great job running the store and being a presence in the community. Always have a great experience when I go there. Keep up the good work. I know it's not easy in a world where people get upset over the craziest things (literally fighting mad over ICECREAM) but y'all are doing a great job! I'd give y'all an A+.

David, the owner, gives young adults work experience and allows them to learn different job duties. The food is always fresh. Even though wait times sometimes can be a bit longer than normal, I'm always willing to wait knowing it's mostly teenagers and they are learning. Will definitely keep supporting this local business.

Super rude!!! Not professional at all.......
Went and ordered breakfast this morning. They messed the order up twice. Continued to laugh in my face, and say oops I messed that order up.
I literally waited for 20 mins for 2 breakfast bowls. My 4 year old was with me, and all they could do is laugh and act ridiculous. I asked for the manager to find out she was the one standing beside the young man who kept laughing about messing the order up. I was very disappointed... I couldn't believe how these young adults were acting and how the manager was tolerating that behavior!
I go here often but I won't be doing anymore business here. 😭😭

We did the drive through Saturday. These guys were super quick with orders and the the window guy was friendly and even entertaining
