Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

After searching a couple fast food places for dinner tonight that were actually serving, I was pleasantly surprised by this DQ. Customer service was excellent! Our blizzards came out quickly and were great. Our burgers and chicken tenders were fresh and just as good. The nice lady working the register was polite and prompt. She made sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend this DQ!

It's DQ. You pretty much know what to expect. Love their chili dogs and chocolate dipped cones. Unfortunately, the drive- thru was painfully slow the last time we were there.

I just wanted to say that we were there about two weeks ago. There were ten people in our party. The employees were very organized with everything! They brought the meals out three or four at the time and it went very smoothly. It was the same thing when we ordered our ice cream. People are quick to complain, but slow to compliment.

American comfort food with some great ice cream desserts.  Very nice, friendly and professional staff.  The food is pretty darn good as well.  The chicken strips  w/ their white gravy is really good.  But again, really great folks with good service here.  The wife and I enjoy coming here and the grandchildren really love coming here as well lol.

Was so helpful today when ordering my little girls birthday cake. She made sure she had everything written down correctly and made she sure she had the colors correct before getting off the phone with me. She even offered me some sprinkles for this cake :)

Great! Hot food was hot, ice cream was good too. As expected!

Honestly, we usually only come here for ice cream! But we've always gotten what we ordered quickly, and it's super tasty! The couple of times we've ordered from the "other" menu, it has been pretty good, too. The employees have always been helpful and polite.
We've lived in this area for 7 years, and this is still one of my family's favorite places for a sweet treat!

Great experience, Easter Sunday after family dinner. What's better than a blizzard from out favorite. Cashier gave us a complimentary 10% discount. Thanks 😊

I don't even know how to rate this place. DQ good is surprisingly good but they're so understaffed that dining-in has been closed for months and will remain so until further notice. As a result, drive thru lines are almost always long, especially around traditional dinner time (5PM, +/- 30 minutes or so.)

Is this where we're headed? Seriously, ask yourselves, is this an examplar of the future that awaits us?

The food was great, the line was rather long but not unmanageable, I just wish it were staffed again.

I am ok with the dining area. They do seem to attempt to keep it up. Could do a little better but not a problem.

Always quick and lovely service from everyone from the front register to the cooks in the back. Favorite place to grab lunch during work. Today they were a little busier but the food is hot and fresh and the employees were smiling and happy.

First of all, the drive through line should tell you what you need to know. It’s always packed! Never had one bad experience here. Consistent in quality, friendly staff, reasonable wait times. They do a lot for community outreach as well, which is always a plus.

When the temperature feels like 105, it's a good time for a blizzard. Since eating in is not an option, make sure you have a full tank so you can eat in your car with the engine running and the air conditioning on.
The mini blizzards are an excellent choice if you want to cool down without a lot of guilt. Rich, creamy deliciousness is definitely the best way to escape the southern heat! Try it.

Visited today with many kids and big order. Helen was “world class” despite very busy environment. She went above and beyond to make customers happy. They’re blessed to have her and her smile.

ALEXIS!!!! She was very friendly when taking my order even when I had an add on. She was fast and friendly at the window too. I drove around to the parking lot to check my order as I always do and realized I was missing a burger. I was checking my receipt to make sure I had paid for it and she was knocking on my window with my missing burger!!!! It has been many many years since I have had someone basically run me down to fix my order.

Ordered the fish sandwich combo which was hot and delicious. Added the cheese curds which were very good, they can keep the sauce it covers the taste of the cheese. The service was very pleasant and efficient. The restaurant was well kept and clean.

My kids really enjoyed visiting the DK for ice cream, and I'm in love with the chicken fingers and gravy... You can usually spot a good deal for lunch or dinner, and the Rincon employees are very kind... My little dropped his ice cream last time we were in, and they didn't even charge us for a replacement!

I had a wonderful experience thanks to this wonderful woman Sam. I ordered a salted caramel blondie and it wasn't the right thing that I wanted since I came in on thursday and ordered the same thing but it tasted like a heath bar and last night I ordered the same thing and didn't taste anything like the first one that I had so she let me come back up and she gave me a heath bar blizzard and I brought my salted caramel one back up to trade it. She was very kind. Thank you so much Sam!!!!!

We love the Dairy Queen in Rincon. One of your workers Tommy Nelms always goes out of his way to greet everyone. It makes us want to visit over and over😊the restaurant is always clean, and the food is fresh and hot. Great job 😊

I want to throw a shout out to the crew last night at the drive thru! The kid and I made an order on the Dairy Queen app and the store ended up not having some of the things they had available on the mobile order. Long story short, if you want to purchase a Treatzza Pizza call in advance even though the app allows you to add it to your cart.

With all that being said, the squad in Rincon were very professional and did everything they could to make the situation right for us. I wish more restaurants would respond the same way when situations happen like that! Thanks again!
