I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jeff. He did an extremely thorough mold inspection and crawled into our dark and dirty crawl space for no charge just to ensure the inspection was done right. The world needs more honest people like him. He even discovered a leaking pipe and helped my husband figure out how to repair it. Honest, thorough, great communication, and affordable. I would recommend Jeff to anyone looking for a mold inspection. You will be glad you met him.

Jeff genuinely helped my fiancé and I avoid a potential disaster situation with a house purchase, which I will always be thankful for. We were pushing our budget with where this house was listed at 310K+ already and the things he came across really could have been a problem down the line when money got even tighter because we're trying to start a family and save for a wedding. I do really think he does this to help people and due to his attention to detail, expertise, and thorough reports I will absolutely be using him again. He does an excellent job.

He went above and beyond what I payed for. He was kind and generous enough to look under my crawl space and was able to detect major foundational issues caused by water getting into the crawl space. Which is probably what is causing what I suspect is a mold problem.

I would highly recommend J&J home Inspection. Upon calling around for a mold inspection, Jeff was the only company that was able to squeeze me in that same day. He was exceptionally professional and his expertise was dead on how hazardous the environment at my company was, he explained and educated me on what was going on. The lab cloture was done within 48 hours, Jeff call and email me my results. I was very pleased and very blessed to have picked J&J Home Inspection.

Jeff was awesome! This is my first home buying experience and I did not know what to expect. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable he went into great deal of the house we are looking to buy and answered all questions. He was the only company that answered my call right away and was able to get to the house with in 24 hours out of the 5 companies I called. He was just such a nice person in general and I can not recommend him enough. I am hoping all goes well with the house we are in contract with but if not I will definitely be using him and in the future I will use him over anyone else! I can not recommend him enough!
