Two forklifts unloading me and one guy in the trailer labeling as they unload. Set your appointment before or after lunch (12ish).

Much lower prices than most stores and good selection. Staff is usually friendly and helpful and always willing to talk about the good, higher end products.

Very dissatisfied with Karen, who works at the Burtonsville store. What gives her the right to discuss with other people what I buy and how frequently I come into the store? I refuse to be a patron of that store as long as she is employed there and I will make certain that friends and family members will no longer shop there either.

They don't give any care for appointment times. 1st class dump.

Closed on a week day because of light snow . Couldn’t make truck delivery . Very incompetent security guard .

Place is a joke to deliver too.....don't ever deliver beer or wine to this place they will make you sit for hours waiting

People there don't care about the worker's
