Exacta Inn Motel

My family and I have stayed there numerous times and I still have extended family stay there when they come visit. They will not stay anywhere else. It is one story so if you don't have to worry about bringing Furniture upstairs, danger of Falls especially with children, very easily accessible rooms. If you stay on the back side, you have a view of a really peaceful open field and it would be nice to have a sitting area out there or something for children to play on. Maybe even an exercise track. And the restaurant does not have outside seating which I think would be a great thing because it is very peaceful in the back there to spend time.

Good place to stay. Very clean. Very well managed. Very courteous and helpful staff. Call the hotel direct for the best rate. My rate was $82.00, tax included.

Awesome experience. From making reservations to check out, perfect. The girl at the front desk it was her first night and she did great. I would definitely stay there again.

This quiet little hotel is only minutes walk to little India and city square mall. It comes at a much cheaper rate than those around and offers two bedroom family rooms at an affordable price. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the service was very good.

Great little place, clean and updated furniture. Everyone I encountered from the front desk ladies to housekeeping was very friendly and accommodating. Stayed for a little over two weeks for work and this is the first place that kept up maintenance and repairs. The washers went out one night and were fixed by the next. Thanks for making being away from home pleasant.

My husband and I own our transport company, we are always on the road, and we were in desperate need of a good nights rest when we stumbled upon this inn. We were very surprised at the cost of the room and its cleanliness. Again, the room exceeded our expectations, the bed was very comfortable, the grounds were well kept, and there was an ample amount of parking that was safe at night. We got a very peaceful nights sleep, and in the morning, there were birds chirping which was nice to wake up to. Lastly, I would like to thank Donna at the front desk for being extremely friendly and courteous. It was a pleasure talking with her, and she is such a nice representation for the inn. If we ever pass through Miden again, we know where to stay!

This place is super clean and bike friendly. You can park right outside your room, or they even offer that you can park under the entrance area that is covered and manned 24x7. The front desk person (Donna) is as sweet and helpful as she can be - awesome. I would HIGHLY recommend this motel should you find yourself staying in the area. It's a true gem!!

I have stayed twice and will come back. Clean rooms and no carpet which is a must.
No bugs that way. Very quiet. Rooms I have been in are great. Across the street there is a Valero with really good food. 👍

Great place. Great staff. Donna is especially great. I came to stay for a week, and they offer a great weekly rate too, which no one else in town does. It's an old motel, that has been completely remodeled. Nice hard plank flooring, so you know it's clean. No nasty carpet hiding all the gross stuff! The bed is super comfortable, and the furniture is as good if not better than the Holiday Inn across the street, which charges you 3 times as much. Flat screens in the room too. Let's be honest. You aren't paying for the Four Seasons, so don't expect that. You won't be disappointed.

I was in town a week ago for work, everyone there was friendly and helpful. I loved that I could park at my door. My room was excellent! It was clean and the beds were comfy! I will definitely stay here again and I recommend this hotel to anyone whether you’re there for business or pleasure.

My husband and I hit a deer a few exits up. The hotel rep that arrived in the morning was the most helpful, empathetic, hotel clerk ever. I forget her name but she had long hair and glasses❤❤❤. Now, this a small town inn. Maintenance walked into our room when we first arrived accidentally. I would recommend placing a towel under the front door at night to keep out crawlers. Bring your own coffee pot. Run the water in the shower before getting in for at least 5 mins. If you are car-less the gas station across the street “Bon Temps” makes fresh grill foods and southern cuisine.

Very quiet, clean, updated rooms. AC was super cold, mini fridge was cold. Small microwave, flat screen TV. Electrical plugs and USB ports on each side of the bed. Would recommend.

Staff was amazing the lady cleaning my room helped me with local eateries as well as a good chirch.

One of the girls at front desk always made coffee when I got in from work and even brought my yeti if coffee to my room once so I didn't have to wait in lobby for it to brew

The staff at the front office was amazing! The bed was comfy, just what we needed at 1am to reset and continue our trip!

My experience at the Exacta Inn was very impressional and pleasant one. The entire staff was professional , courteous and very nice . Ms. Donna Whitney and Areil was always helpful and willing to assist in any way . The housekeeping staff was very professional n nice as well alone with the maintenance guy. I would like to commend the entire staff .

Beautiful people run and operate this facility. The manager is an Angel. The neighbors that we had that were also long-term residents were very friendly and helpful and overall this is the best place so far in Minden that we found to stay.

A hidden gem, very relaxing room, super comfy bed. Cleaning lady ran out to the parking lot to return my charger I left behind will definitely use again

This is a month overdue, but is a necessary entry to be made due to the Above-and-Beyond the call of duty customer service Ms. Donna and Mr. Joe (I hope I remembered his name correctly) did to accommodate us due to the untimely circumstances Holiday Inn Express put us through at 2am after a flight from WI to AL to pickup our kids and Grandkids, then an 8 hrs drive from AL to LA for my Grandmother's funeral the very next day.

My aunt reserved a 3br suite for us at Holiday Inn Express, which is next door to Exacta-Inn. I called the H.I.E. location where we'd be staying immediately to confirm the reservation ahead of time, gave them all of my military information, and informed the lady at the front desk that we'd be arriving late sometime after midnight. She confirmed seeing the reservation my aunt made, said our check-in time would not be a problem as she would leave a note regarding such for the night staff, only for us to arrive and be told by the night staff that NO note was left and therefore, our 3br suite had already been given to someone else in the funeral party, leaving us with the option of going elsewhere until our suite became available the next day or taking the only 2 rooms still available at $165+ per room (at $330 per night vs what would've been $154... yeah right!!!), which wouldn't even accommodate our party of 6 because of each being a single queen-size bedded room. After my wife came in to see what was taking so long and the storm of words from her that followed as a result, we drove next door to Exacta-Inn where Mr. Joe (?) took GREAT care in accommodating us after hearing what had just happened to us with Holiday Inn Express. We couldn't thank him enough for being such a Godsend. There were no suites, but he gave us 2 rooms close to each other that were furnished with a queen and 2 double beds to comfortably sleep all 6 of us. We thanked him again upon checking out the next morning.

Later that day, we returned to H.I.E. after the funeral to check into our suite only to be told that the people who took it the night before decided to extend their stay for another night. Frustrated (AGAIN), we returned to Exacta-Inn and was greeted by Ms. Donna, who had already heard briefly about what happened to us from Mr. Joe, so I filled her in with the details and explained why we were back. She pulled up our information and told us: 1. Mr. Joe must have really taken to us because he had given us an extremely discounted rate on our rooms the night before; 2. the same rooms were still available; and 3. she was going to honor what Mr. Joe did by giving us the same discounted rates for both rooms. In awe, we thanked Ms. Donna, asked her pass on our gratitude to Mr. Joe, and told her I would be sure to give them an outstanding, detail-oriented review.

I can't say "Thank YOU" enough to you both, Ms. Donna and Mr. Joe, for the compassion and attention shown towards our unfortunate circumstances during our time of grief and loss of my Grandmother. You BOTH went Above-and-Beyond during our time of need, which we will NEVER forget, and... I will continue to rave about you two and verbally advertise about Exacta-Inn to anyone looking for the BEST place to stay between Webster and Caddo Parish.

Since our stay in Feb, my Mother has just passed away last Tues, Mar 27th. We will be transferring her from AL to be buried down in Sibley, LA next Saturday, April 7. So, we will be returning from Wisconsin next Friday to enjoy another wonderful stay at Exacta-Inn through Sunday morning. Until then...

Checked in earlier thank check in time almost had to check out same day but krittika checked us in. Was very nice happy to work with us on staying full day n night. Rooms nice clean. It’s cozy. Will stay again
