I have been staying here for approximately 10months and during my stay Bijaya who works at the front desk has ensured my stay to be a positive and enjoyable experience and the hotel cleaning staff is amazing and shoutout to Katrina

This hotel is amazing. Staff is helpful and rooms are clean. The location is amazing. Every store you can think of is within a mile or 2. I'll recommend this Extended Stay to anyone.

Bijaya, Wasuma, and buwan are the best in the world. Room 221 states that on facts. They go above n beyond

Shower water is still cold after one week.. No hot water when taking a shower. But the room is nice and location is perfect. Just need hot water when I shower.

When I first arrived I was taken back by the smell in the hallway and my room.. but after my 3 week stay I decided to give 5 stars. Honestly, you get what you pay for. One thing that bothered me was probably the smell. My room constantly smelled like very old wooden furniture. But again this place was significantly cheaper than other options in the area so I probably just needed to set reasonable expectations. Everything else was fine. It seems like an old building but they seemed to have cleaned it well. The bathroom and fridge were clean. Hallways were a bit dirty. The front staff were very helpful and friendly. When I call the ESA customer service number for reservation related issues, everyone I spoke to were also very helpful.

The walls are very thin. Neighbors could be noisy but I didn’t think it was too bad. Breakfast was very minimal but again at this price point I didn’t expect anything fancy.

Hawa the manager is an incredible person. She provides great customer service and she goes way beyond and after to satisfy her customers.
She welcomed us and greeted us and made the check in experience smooth and flow-less.
This is the type of leaders that drives success and growth to any organization.

I’ve enjoyed my stay here. It’s not far from Rio and other places. I enjoy daily walks to various places for my needs and I’ll just Uber back sometimes.

The staff are incredibly friendly! They’re happy to help you. I am impressed with how easily I slept, as I am a light sleeper and wake easily.

A little kindness, happiness, and patience always go a long way. All around the price and location are right!

The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful, friendly and patient. The hotel is clean and housekeeping is on the ball.

Sawanna, the management and the staff, and the 800 customer care number I called are great employees. They keep the place really clean. They helped me find a great rate, great room, and explained the services provided. They toured the place with me. I have to say I love this place. For the rate and convenience you can’t beat it.

Bijaya.. she She is a really adorable girl, very attentive, very kind and always smiling, thank you for everything.

I stayed here this weekend and Hawa was absolutely the best! She made sure that everything with my stay was well explained & taken care of. She even had to deal with a rowdy customer (unfortunately) but she handled that with so much class!!!! It’s a hard job to do, & Hawa made me feel at home along with the other staff members. Definitely recommend & say Hi to Hawa for me when you check in!!

The welcome was super great. Nishan at the reception is very friendly and understand customer service. He made us feel welcome and was superb in his interactions. He knows his work and puts customer needs first which made a huge impressions on us. Management needs to commend him.

No complaints with the motel or staff. If you are staying in the area for a extended time it’s a nice place. Take advantage of the full-size fridge and ability to cook food in the room. Cookware is available if you ask at the front desk. Rooms where clean and housekeeping was respectful while we worked nights and didn’t bother us .

Katrina and bijaya are the best people . They make out life easier.

Wazhma's and Hawa exceptional service at Extended Stay America in Rockville, Maryland, made my stay truly memorable! Her warm welcome and attentive assistance were top-notch, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's amenities were well-maintained, and the room was clean and cozy. I can confidently give Wazhma and the hotel five stars for their outstanding hospitality!

Hadn’t been to an Extended Stay in YEARS but im glad I found this place. Much cleaner and much nicer than I expected. Staff was extremely helpful and hospitable and Hawa did everything in her power to ensure my stay was perfect. It also has such a family friendly vibe with a kids playing basketball when I first arrived. I will definitely visit again in the future.

Great location, in between a lot of stores. Easily accessible but not terrible in traffic getting in. Staff is friendly, especially Nishan, they have helped me with everything I needed. Would recommend staying here
