Sheraton Rockville Hotel

Manuel in the restaurant is 5 star personnel. He did such a great job, I would come back just to see him. Thank you Manuel

My family and I just stayed here for a week for a business trip, and it was one of the best hotels we've stayed at in the past couple years (including much more expensive ones)!

Pros:
- Very clean and updated rooms. The entire building was very charming, but most importantly, it was CLEAN. I can't tell you how many other hotels I've stayed at recently where it looked like they did the bare minimum for cleaning. In contrast, you can tell Housekeeping at the Sheraton did an excellent job.
- Service. The service was *outstanding*. I don't say that lightly. It seems like covid ruined any expectations for good service, but the front desk staff here was extraordinary. They greeted us warmly every time we came or went, they always asked if we needed anything, and, when we did request certain things, they did so enthusiastically! (Again, unlike most places where people make you feel like a burden for requesting literally anything).

I can't rave enough about how good the service was. The staff here truly deserve kudos.

CONS:
- Internet speed was fairly slow. I had to take some video calls for work from my room and the WiFi was spotty and slow.
- Lack of working space in the lobby or ground floor. They have a tiny "business center" next to the restaurant, which they were very welcoming about letting me use, but I would've loved more places to sit and work in the lobby.

Overall, the friendliness and level of service from the staff (both front desk and housekeeping) really stole the show and made our stay excellent. Would absolutely recommend.

I had my room canceled at another hotel and had to drive to this hotel. When I arrived for an early check in, the front desk clerk (Mr. Addy I believe) did an exceptional job easing my check in process. He made sure (on his own) that I had an available room and my wife and daughter was able to get some needed rest. Great hotel to stay in and when I am back in town again, I know where I will be staying.

I spent 2 nights here on business. Staff super friendly, bed very comfortable, room very clean. I will not hesitate staying here again during another trip.

As a seasoned traveler I've seen it all. This hotel met all my expectations. When I checked in, I was helped by Sepideh. She was pleasant, professional and efficient. I received 5 star service from her. I don't think enough hotels put enough priority on quality front desk personnel. They can dramatically effect your impressions of the property.

When I opened the door to my room I was happy to see a very clean, stylish room. The linens were top notch and the bed was very comfortable. The furniture was in perfect condition and obviously new. This is a cement floor hotel. That means it's quiet and you won't hear the idiot upstairs walking around on his heels. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel room was nice, but the tub was very narrow. Be careful standing in it to take a shower. Not much mobility. No microwave in room. Breakfast was great. Great breakfast staff and front desk staff.

Clean hotel. Friendly staff the restaurant is phenomenal 👌 and Manuel at breakfast service is a Gem! If you have to stay away from home King Farm Sheraton is Home away from home! So comfortable, clean and everything you need!

I normally don't review hotel stays, but this time I just had to. First off the room is wonderful. It's clean, spacious and the AC works amazingly.

However, what pushed me to need to write this was the incredibly wonderful, Thomas. He is the most professional, polite and pleasant human being ever. His smile is infectious and he will go above and beyond to make you happy. Hands down the best customer service experience I have ever had. I wish I could take him home.

We stayed here only one night but will definitely stay again The room was large and nicely appointed. But what made made this hotel a standout was the staff. No one that worked there walked by us without saying hello and making sure we had everything we needed. Whoever it is management that sets the tone sure does it right! And special kudos to the restaurant staff Meron, Alvaro and Salvador also to the front desk staff!!!

Outstanding. This hotel was so clean and quiet that we came back and stayed a second night. The room pictures online were exactly how it looked. Hotels was quiet, neighborhood was safe, beds were comfy. Very nice.

Nice breakfast and very nice rooms, very comfy beds. The pool has a lifeguard and the work out room is excellent. Pet friendly. The club rooms upstairs are awesome. Free food and drinks for the club members. You have to put your room key into the elevator to access it.

This was an excellent choice for our stay. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They were very accommodating to our needs. The room was very comfortable, and I could have stayed in that shower all day. The hotel was minutes from the metro, food and shopping. We stayed on the club floor and the service was great. Having snacks available was refreshing, and the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel as the go to place if you want access to DC without the city issues.

Stayed here for 11 days! It was beautiful. The restaurant downstairs was wonderful. The softest and most luxurious bedspread and bed I’ve slept in. I loved my stay here and made some great acquaintances. Staff was always helpful and hotel was very clean.

This hotel was very subtle. The employees were absolutely professional and very kind. Everything was very clean and accessible. I would say the one thing I wish they had was complementary breakfast but even without it it was still a excellent stay. Definitely recommend.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Only qualm was the bathroom doors didn't lock, which was fine for me because I was alone but may be weird if more than one person was in the room (but was a king bed so you'd assume multiple people would be family and it wouldn't matter). Breakfast not included but I had the buffet, which was standard for a hotel. Bar was empty in the evening.

Wonderful experience thanks to Paul at front desk. Was in Maryland Fathers Day weekend for a wedding. Checked in very late with my wife and kids but still had to drive all the way to D.C. to drop my mom off. Paul saw we were all very tired and offered to switch us to a double and even offered a baby crib so that we could sleep separately from the baby. Was very impressed with the cleanliness and customer service. Would most certainly stay here again.

Lovely location, quite rooms, decent breakfast bar. Pet friendly AND clean! Very comfortable beds and lots of soft and med to hard pillows to chose from on the bed. Nice grass area, spacious for pets to do their business, more than adequate parking, wonderful, mall and restaurant row 2 mins from hotel. Staff Christian and Michael were friendly , helpful, courteous and professional. Great gym, and pool. Wish the hours were longer for pool but, enjoyed our stay and would recommend this Sheraton in Rockville Md on Coke Cherry Road and Piccard.

Our stay at the Sheraton Rockville was amazing. Thomas went above and beyond to ensure my family was happy and taken care of. After checking in Thomas informed me he was going to allow my family to get settled in and he would call to ensure we were happy with our room. He was a man of his word. Everything that was requested was received. The bartender Matthew spoiled my husband and fixed his drinks exactly how he likes them. Room service and the food was great too. We are already making plans to stay there again. Thank you Thomas and Matthew for the great customer service and making us feel at home.

The staff was outstanding and the rooms are clean,comfortable and large.

Large modern room & bath. AC/Heat worked perfectly. Did not dry out air. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.
