I have been seeing Dr. Bharwani for years! Dr. Bharwani has helped me tremendously. He's understanding, compassionate, very knowledgeable, caring & really informative. His nurse & the staff are all understanding, caring, friendly, very helpful & fast at helping or answering questions! I have never had a bad experience here. I hope he can continue being my Dr for many, many years to come!

My wife and I have received excellent care at the Rapides Family Practice over the last several years. Both doctors are fantastic and actually take the time to listen to you. Both are warm hearted and truely care about you. We feel very comfortable with them and their recommendations. These are the best doctors we have ever had.

Dr. Bharawani and his staff are absolutely the best team of health care providers I've ever had. Dr. Bharawani, his nurse, and the lab technician are especially fantastic at their jobs. They truly take time to listen to your needs and with with your busy life/schedule.

I've been with Dr. B for many years and his staff are very helpful and kind to me, And he isn't like most doctor treating you like cattle Hurd you in there and push you out like most I've seen. He takes time with his patients listens to you and is very helpful. Answers questions to the best of his knowledge. I have brought my mom to him my dad my stepson, and his dad I have nothing but good to say and I would recommend him to others. If your looking for a new Doctor with old fashioned ways then he' hyour guy.

I absolutely love Dr. Bharwani and the people in his office. They are friendly and willing to listen. I NEVER feel like Dr. Bharwani is just pushing pills at me (a major concern of mine). I feel (as does my husband and parents!) that Dr. Bharwani and his staff take the time to truly listen to what I have to say. He offers options, and is willing to go through stuff to make sure you understand. I am so very thankful that God put him and his staff into my life!

This is Marlena Stracener. Me and my husband Cliff are patients of Dr. Jerez. She is such a caring and patient physician. She really takes the time to listen to our issues and explains in detail what we need to do to get better. Each time we go, she remembers who we are, makes us feel like friends or even family, not just another patient and that means a lot when we are trusting her with such critical health needs. We live an hour away but she and her staff is well worth the drive for the compassion we are given as patients. I am always recommending her and will continue to, she is definitely very passionate, loyal, caring, respectful, and just overall loves and treats her patients with her heart.

I absolutely love the care I receive from this clinic! Dr. Bharwani is just amazing. For decades I went to countless doctors and was put through numerous tests and diet plans. Nothing worked to get rid of the excess weight. I was finally told to get gastric bypass surgery and pray that it would work. I refused. Then, I began to see Dr. Bharwani when I moved back to the area. He said I didn't need surgery, and told me what to do. I'm happy to say that I have lost over 100 pounds in a little over a year, and I'm feeling the best I ever have. He knows his stuff, and he takes time to listen, make a care plan, and helps you get the care you need.

I am a patient of Dr. Bharwani - just shy of a year now and I am extremely pleased to be under his care. The staff at RFP are friendly and helpful. I've been to a LOT of different clinics, walk-ins, and wellness centers over my 37 trips around the sun, and the level of care and attention I get here are right at the top of that list. You won't be disappointed!

I get my wellness visit every year, my needs-based visits, and all my immunizations. I find Dr. Bharwani a knowledgeable doctor who takes the time and care to get things right. He's always interesting to talk to.

I never thought in today's climate of monetary gains 1st, stock holders 2nd, administrative obligations 3rd, and MAYBE patients 4th, that doctors like Dr. Bharwani and Dr. Jerez would be able to exist, yet they do. I'm not sure if it's where they were educated or just their character as decent human beings. As I read all the reviews, I know that my wife and I experiences are not anomalies. Not sure how all this works but I'm a little frightened to add to these great reviews because I fear that the bean counters will notice their greatness and find a way to make them unavailable to the folks that have had their lives changed by this team. I initially chose Dr Bharwani when the expansion of the ACA made him available just because he was close to my home, so if we needed care and transportation was an issue we could walk if need be. With so few doctors in the CENLA area taking Medicaid because of profit margins my wife with multiple health issues had to drive to Leesville , Lafayette or Shreveport for care, little did I know what a blessing that choice would be. Now I'm sure there are doctors in this area who are just as talented and caring and have their reasons for making concessions in regards to the phrase " 1st Do no harm " I'm just glad that the team in this office has not.

Dr. Barwani is excellent. Hes very good at listening and making sure he understands his patients. He is great at explaining his diagnosis and process of finding a diagnosis.

Dr. Sunil Bharwani is an attentive, patient, competent Physician who stays up-to-date with the latest medical advances and treatments. He also LISTENS to his patience, their concerns and answers their questions.

He is the best doctor! He is so easy to talk to. The nurses are real nice but they do have one rude woman that answers the phone. She is really rude but other than that. This will forever be my doctor.

Dr. Jerez is the only physician my family has seen that seemed personal invested in our health. We are not seen as billable units; she takes her time to learn each patient, their health issues, and actively involves each person in their own care. This changes the entire dynamic of an illness, as the patient feels heard, easing anxiety, and alleviating the stress of experiencing the symptoms of a (yet to be identified) illness. After 32 years of mysterious symptoms and medical problems that seemed random and, ultimately, destined to end badly being ignored, misdiagnosed, and worse- dismissed, I visited Dr. Jerez a few years ago and immediately felt like I was being taken seriously. She asked my opinion about it all, asked how it made me FEEL, and asked about what outcome I hoped would result.

After all of those years , I had a diagnosis, had it confirmed, and had treatment. I had the other issues addressed and had surgery, as well, after waiting 15 years for a doctor to do that. I found out that all of my medical issues were under the same umbrella, and that made me better able to have them all addressed. I credit Dr. Jerez with much of the change that happened in my life. Since seeing her, getting my diagnoses and treatment, I am no longer stuck in bed, disabled.

I have worked in the medical field since entering the work force, better able to address the needs of others, and refer them to her regularly. My entire family sees her now, including my own children, and I trust her wholeheartedly. When given the choice to save a decent chunk of money for my premiums to switch to an insurance plan that did not have her in network, I have chosen to pay more to see her each year. That is how big of a dofference she has made in my life. If you feel unheard, brushed aside, and need someone to help figure out the issues, please see Dr. Jerez. She will tell you if she is stumped, and will refer you to a specialist. It is well worth any wait time!

Dr Brahwanni knows a great deal more about what medicines are available and what they do for you than any other doctor i have seen.

He is a friendly nice carring doctor whose office is spotless and staff hard working. I wish his office was in Tioga

It is next to the walmart on 28 west or leesville highway as i call it.

I have the pleasure of having Dr. Bharwani as my doctor for a few years now! He is an awesome doctor, with a friendly staff. The wait is short and the service is great!

I love Jessica & Dr Kelone. They talk to me like we are close friends & are always very sweet and understanding.

The individuals at Rapides Family Practice are friendly and a pleasure to be around. And, they can draw blood very good, which I like.
