New Covenant Baptist Church of Maryland

New Covenant Baptism Church has been instrumental in my spiritual growth. The strong sense of community there, resembling a supportive family, has been immensely valuable, especially since I don't have family nearby. I've been a member for two years, and I'm genuinely grateful for the profound impact this church has had on my life and my journey of faith.

My family and I have found in NCBC a warm and caring church which righty divides the word of God. The emphasis of reading the word and prayer during the Sunday service was one of the first things I noted with appreciation on our first visit. Pastors James Choi (Lead Pastor) Jacob Halle and Jeremy Leong are excellent preachers of the word who demonstrate care for the sheep. We made NCBC our home church within 3 months of our first visit. If you are seeking a new home church or new to the area, come visit us at NCBC. You will be glad that you did. 😊

I had a great time worshipping with the congregation of NCBC. The preaching has been encouraging for how it brings God's word to the forefront, and I appreciate how the music is chosen to reflect some of the themes related to the sermon.

So thankful to learn and grow in this Gospel-centered, multi-ethnic and multi-generational church! We are grateful that our college freshman learned first hand the importance of worshipping and belonging to a healthy evangelical church grounded in the Word, and uses New Covenant Baptist Church as her model when visiting prospective churches on her own in college.

New Covenant Baptist Church in Montgomery County is intentional about teaching the word and loving neighbors by living out the gospel. We have looked in the MoCo area for years to find a healthy church that is firmly grounded in the word and prayer, while also being diverse and caring about and pursuing Christ-centered diversity - and this is it! The members of the congregation are warm, welcoming, and genuinely interested in getting to know you and how they can come along side you in your spiritual walk.

Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a reformed Baptist church in Montgomery County or just a welcoming place to seek questions and learn more about who Jesus is. Preaching is solid and rooted in the Word, which is something that has been more difficult to find these days in my opinion. I only started attending this church a few months ago after moving to the area and have already felt like I'm part of a family. The people here are intentional about their faith and the relationships with others around them. I'm excited to see this church grow and start to make an impact on the community here.

New Covenant Baptist is a solid gospel preaching church led by James Choi. The congregation is a diverse crowd of genuine Christians pursuing a Christ centered life and looking to share the good news. It’s new and growing but feels like a family. :)

New Covenant Baptist Church preaches the Gospel faithfully every week and all of their members are so kind and welcoming! I feel cared for by this church and have been waiting for a church like this to come to the Montgomery County area!

New Covenant Baptist is very intentional to grow with others in the word and have a heart to show the gospel to all in MoCo. Preaching is very solid. Also due to COVID, they are doing so well following protocols to keep everyone safe. Love that!

As a founding member I am pleased to say this place rocks! Solid expositional preaching, loud joyful hymns, and a congregation that is warm, welcoming, and loving! They also have sweet merch.
