I love this practice for supporting me through online monitoring of my blood pressure the last 5 months! Demetri is awesome - sending daily reminders and checking in immediately (by text or a phone call) to understand what’s happening when my pressure spikes. My physician, Dr. Holmes and her staff are caring and always make me feel like they have my best interests at heart. I appreciate them all!

I have always had a bit of a wait time, but that is simply because my provider is very detailed with her care. Nurse Levin is quick to respond to messages through the portal and helpful whenever I have a problem. She really listens to what I have to say and I have always felt like she cared about my whole person as a patient. Having the RIMG lab in house is so convenient and the lab results come back very quickly. I cannot recommend this practice enough! It is so wonderful! The staff, Nurses, and Medical Assistants are wonderful and treat the patients with such kindness. Its location is convenient. RIMG is wonderful!

Very good service with respect to appointment scheduling, checking with the nurse and meeting the doctor. Very helpful and knowledgeable medical/health staff that provide all the necessary information in a timely manner.

Utilized the Acute Care center on Seven Locks Road. I wasn’t feeling well, and I was a walk-in patient. Wait for triage was short and the wait for the RNP was also short. Received a thorough assessment and was sent home with scripts. Great service and excellent patient care.

Excellent doctors, helpful and pleasant staff. The doctors know their stuff. They run their own blood lab and there is a first rate radiology practice down the hall, which makes it very easy to be a patient there.
