Health Care "Unacceptable", Staff member was rude and actually practicing medicine without a license on the Doctors behalf. Doctor does not return calls or take visits pertaining to the lies he shared during the doctors visit. Highly disappointed after giving a second try.

Poor management and office staff. Non-medical staff taking calls and trying to provide medical advice. Also arguing with family members who is calling to give critical information about a patient. So disrespectful and
unprofessional.

I saw Dr Mallory at Cabrini hospital and he made me feel like i was a piece of trash .He said i was trying to stay in hosp for no reason and i had just bought myself a ticket to a night in hosp.i was having alot of pain and was scared to go home because it was chest pain and the er dr said if i felt uncomfortable going home he would ask my dr if it would be ok to stay for the night for observation and my dr said yes.Well dr Mallory was the hospitalist that was supposed to admit me and he told me all that.
