Furniture & More Gone Coastal

I went into the store and explained what I needed to a very nice salesperson, named Jennifer. She was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She showed me what my options were, both pros and cons, and I made my selections. Very enjoyable experience. I would definitely shop there again. Furniture was delivered on time by two gentlemen who were also knowledgeable and courteous. Who could ask for anything more?

We visited the store a single time for a few things and needed all items delivered on a certain date. Darcy was wonderful to work with; responsive and quick to work through a challenge. I ended up adding several things to our order via phone and with just a general idea of the need and the budget, Darcy always found an option!

Delivery was exactly on time, setup was great with no issues; we had a seamless experience.

Darcy is fantastic. This is the third time that we’ve had her as our Salesperson and consultant. She is professional and extremely helpful. I’ve recommended the store, and specifically Darcy to many of my friends!

She was very patient with us while we tried multiple pieces of furniture and fabrics trying to make a good match for our new beach house. Jennifer was approachable & patient, as I visited and sat & pondered for maybe a month before I made a decision to purchase anything. She was gracious & well informed, there for questions but never pushy. There was a wide array of beautiful furniture. I look forward to receiving my cushy rocker recliner & desk set.

Furniture and more gone Coastal, was such a great experience to buy our outdoor furniture needs. Kelly is a very knowledgeable person, and pointed us in the right direction on certain areas of the process. The store is very competitive with their prices of ALL the other places around town. This is including big box stores. Which we found im personable.
We were even able to pick our own colors, and personalize it.
Kelly made a couple of calls and found one piece of what we were looking for. Which the store didn’t stock. Kelly came through with it at a cheaper price!!
Now we’re waiting for the delivery of our new patio furniture.
We highly recommend this store and Kelly.

We walked in and Diane greeted us and pointed us directly to what we were looking for. It was just what we wanted . She helped me choose fabric and it was ordered. Diane was so friendly I felt like we knew each other a long time. The furniture is beautiful, so many choices. You must go there!

We’ve lived in the area for almost 18 yrs now, but hadn’t been to this store for quite some time and were pleasantly surprised at the volume and quality of furniture available. 0ur Design Consultant, Jen Q. was so pleasant and helpful in selecting our new living room furniture, showing us different styles & fabric patterns and making suggestions for matching coffee table & end tables, as well. Not sure we could have done it without her.

The service was great. We were just getting ideas and wound up buying a sofa bed. Sales person gave us plenty of attention and answered all our questions. Will definitely go back to purchase furniture.

Mary was very friendly. After introducing herself and directing us to where to find what we were looking for, she let us roam until we had questions. Very much appreciated. Process was very quick to purchase vs other places that seem to take a long time to order piece of furniture. Thank You!

Darcy and Kelly were very professional and knowledgeable and were not your usual pushy sales people that we have dealt with at other furniture stores.

We were met immediately upon entering. Darcy was very helpful in showing us what was available and gave us some space to look around before making our decision. They have a good selection of all types of furniture. It's definitely a one stop shop.

Such a pleasant atmosphere and experience. Great selection of so many wonderful things. No high pressure sales people, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Was able to find what I needed and have it delivered within a couple of days.

It was great going into a furniture store & not be followed around by sales people with their high pressure sales tactics. Once I was able to find what I wanted, I found Kelly and she assisted me. The whole process took minutes not hours!
