The best men’s furnishings store! Katy and Natoya are the most helpful women and helped both my husband and son get outfitted. Wish we had a J & M like this where we live. Will come here every time we’re in town!!

Shelly was the most helpful employee and store manager I've had the pleasure of receiving assistance with when I visited the store two weekends ago. She knew right away what I wanted and was able to expedite my return without hesitation. The customer service was above and beyond and I highly recommend this store.

Visited @ 4:15pm today(Saturday) - closing time was 5pm. Their door was locked with nobody visible inside. With no doorbell, I searched for their phone number. I could hear their phone ringing inside, but nobody picked-up. Eventually, a lady unlocked the door. She looked like she'd been sleeping; didn't bother apologizing for the locked door; and flatly asked me what I wanted. After we determined that that location didn't stock my shoe (listed on their website), she referred me to a location out in a whole nother state.
