Bethesda Theater

Came out to see Nick Carter live on Friday 11/17/23 & it was awesome.
The employees were all so cool and hard working. Unfortunately I did arrive a little late as kitchen closed by 830 so I wasn't able to try their delicious menu I heard about (hopefully next time). However I was able to get a nice bottle of red wine and quite a few bottles of water.

We went to see the Ohio players and Atlantic star in this place was amazing! The show were fantastic and they start on time so if you’re going there, make sure get there early maybe 6 o’clock… I always get the crab because I just find it fantastic. The
Chef knows how to throw down! So the first time we went, we were very dressy semi formal so you can either be casual or dress semi-formal however, do you feel we …got bougie?

The seating was ok.. but for a “ date” night .. I HIGHLY recommend get the seats that are NOT on the floor but on the side( they are just for two people only) there’s only a few of them on each side. But You’ll be OK with sitting with other people then have had it!

Great spot to Get out the house and enjoy yourself. I recommend if you’re not From the Bethesda area, get a hotel at the Marriott international across the street. It’s beautiful. It has great food in the breakfast is amazing! Just make a weekend out of it enjoy yourself!

Up close and personal to stage and performers without paying a zillion $$$ nice grown folk spot , everyone with clothes on date night with your significant other. Chante Moore have some really powerful pipes

The food and service are both great. I'm not sure who the catering company is, i must say their food is very tasty and presented well whether you have table seats or regular seats.

If you ever attend any of the shows offered at this location, you will not be disappointed.

We saw Avery Sunshine!! The show was more than amazing. We had great seats. Everything was laid out well. There is a parking garage on the same block as the club and parking is free on the weekends. We showed up at 6p to order food and drinks. The drinks were good. Food was flavored well. They serve the food in take out containers. There is a $20 dollar minimum per person for food/drinks. Overall the atmosphere and experience was a good one. We look forward to seeing more shows here.

I was recently invited to a Sunday show and was very impressed with everything.
The venue is so nice but comfortable, food was excellent, service was also very good but most of all the acoustics are excellent. I will also add that we sat at a table and didn't feel squeezed in like I did at a place in Annapolis. Parking is important so I think most people can park inexpensively or on the street.
I am already looking at the calendar to go again and invite some friends. WINNER WINNER FOR A DATE, A FEW FRIENDS OR EVEN A GIFT.

Took my best friend to the Hip Hop Alumni show for his birthday 🎂 🥳. We had a ball. The seating, service and drinks were good. The show was more than we expected. It was a great place to treat someone for their birthday.

Great place to see live music. We went for the Maggie Rose conert. Great acoustics. Good food and friendly staff.

I attended the Vivian Green concert 7/8/23 and man what a time we had. The venue was very structured and clean. The tables are close together but I didn’t feel uncomfortable. They had a comedian open up for the event. He was soooo funny. The show went seamlessly with beautiful tunes and great vibes all night.

Notes:

Parking tip: take a pic of your parking spot number. You’ll need that to pay at the kiosk or have to go back and get it, like I did.

Directions: Take the elevator for Wisconsin street. Walk out iron door and up the sidewalk (100 ft, maybe). The building is on your right once you make it to the street.

Food was OK. I had shrimp and grits and my friends said the wings were good. The show was really good

This was my first time here and I has so much fun. I was treated for my birthday and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The crowd was very relaxed and peaceful. I will be back for another event. Phenomenal

This is a nice club to see performers and enjoy an evening out with friends and family. The tables on the main floor are close together so get there early so you don’t have to navigate through so many people. The food and drinks are pretty good and the prices are reasonable. There is stadium styled seating in the back with approximately 8 rows of chairs. You can order drinks and food from the bar area and bring it back to your seat if you sit in the back stadium seats. The sound quality and acoustics of the musical performances is good as well.

This place was awesome. The food was great. The show was the best. Nice environment.

Everything was amazing! The atmosphere was electric the service was impeccable the food was delicious and the performance by Stokley was silky and hard soulfully hitting. Take a bow Stokley. I highly recommend treating yourself to an evening out on the town at BB&J you will not be disappointed.

I have been to Bethesda Blues many many times for so many events : live concerts, comedy shows and more. I enjoy myself every time. I love the options of artists they showcase. The tickets are reasonably priced. Now post Covid they changed management or food vendor & their food prices has increased ALOT! I do think that is ridiculous. You could eat before you arrive, but you still have to purchase something like drinks or dessert. Overall I always have a great time and enjoy the performance.

Grown & Sexy...this place is fabulous! Raashan Peterson's set was awesome! His set was perfect...exactly what is needed for a beautifuand loving date night!

The theater was nice, and I had great seats at a table in the front! There is garage parking behind the building.

Great place to relax and chill and listen to some old school music, food prices were way to high I guess because it was new years eve. They always had great concerts, great place to take your lady.

I visited this venue for the first time to see the After 7 show on Dec. 10th. The drinks were great. I ordered the short ribs, mashed potatoes and greens... the meal was DELICIOUS! Our server was good and attentive to our table. I can't wait to catch another show here.

Nice venue and show - we went to a Sunday evening Stokely show and sat in the non-main area and was satisfied. Next time we'll try the table top area. The food was delivered in plastic take-out containers, so it isn't the usual dining experience, perhaps because of the pandemic. Highly recommend.
