The Bethesdan Hotel, Tapestry by Hilton

Had a fantastic stay at the Bethesdan! They were prompt with fixing my issue with not having feather-free linens on arrival. The restaurant staff and food were fantastic. The front desk employees were also wonderful. I was surprised to like the location which had walkable restaurants and a nearby metro line (they allegedly will take you there via shuttle but I never asked). The only miss is parking but I was able to park a mid-sized SUV without too much of a hassle. It was just very tight to get into and out of the spaces.

The hotel is not as modern as it appears on the pictures. However, the rooms are very quiet and the beds are comfortable. I also enjoyed the view. I am giving 5 stars based on the customer service I received which was stellar! The entire staff was warm and inviting. Regine in particular went out of her was to ensure I had a great experience. I really appreciate her and the entire staff. Additionally, the hotel is centrally located to restaurants, bars, shops, and the metro. I would definitely come back again to take advantage of the pool in the summer.

Loved my stay here. The hotel is cute and rooms were great, although I did not like the fact that my room had a balcony that I could not use. Not a huge deal but an fyi to travelers. Housekeeping comes religiously. However the restaurant here steals the show. The food is great and the male bartender there is awesome! (I can’t remember his name). They also have the best happy hour with $7 drinks. There’s various stores within walking distance that make the stay convenient. Would definitely stay here again

Very nice stay. Very affordable price and it is clean and location wise is perfect. Would most definitely reccomend it. The staff is welcoming and helpful and also helps to have a restaurant on site

Had a good stay here, the room was clean and spacious. The only negative about this place is the tight parking lot underground. I was driving a Jeep Wagoneer and it barely fit the corners.

The rooms in this hotel are very well arranged. It feels like someone put some thought into how humans use space when traveling, which I appreciate.

The black out shades with side runners are absolutely wonderful. I didn't need to use my eye mask, which I usually do when staying in hotels in the summer months.

I was here for a conference, so I didn't pick the location, but it seemed like there are lots of restaurants, etc. within walking distance.

Staff were all friendly.

Also, fun llama art in the lobby!

This hotel was an amazing place to stay. With an amazing rooftop pool that has a view you must see at sunset.

Rooms were nice and on site parking was very easy to access. Walking distance to most needs.

A few homeless are outside at the evening hours so I shared my meals when I could.

Recommend staying here when working in Bethesda.

We had only positive experience staying at this Hilton! Outstanding service, clean rooms, convenient location. This hotel is located in walking distance from the Metro Red Line, plenty of grocery stores and restaurants in the area too. We will be back!

The purpose of booking a room is to rest. Unfortunately that is not what I was able to do in the room to which I was assigned. The air condition in my room was Ridiculously loud, it sounded like an airplane motor and frequently turned on and off throughout the night. I could not get a proper nights rest in this room. Therefore, it was a total waste of my money. I am a Silver Reward member and would never book at this hotel again giving this horrible experience!

The food was excellent. The conference room was excellent. The bed and room was top-tier.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The conference I was attending paid for everything, so I can’t really speak to the cost.

We were served both breakfast and lunch as part of the conference, and certainly did not go hungry. They also provided“snacks “during our coffee breaks which really were miniature meals. I felt like I was going to burst. but the food was so good. It was impossible to avoid.

The conference room was wonderful. They had outfitted our tables with extension cords, so everyone could charge their devices. The chairs we’re comfortable. The Soundsystem they provided was excellent. The only thing that was odd, was there was a large column in the middle of the room that made it difficult to see the presenter at certain angles.

The room was quite nice. I was very surprised to see my name with a welcome screen on the TV. The bathroom was well stocked, the bed, soft and comfortable. I did find it odd that there was a balcony, but no way to open the window to get onto the balcony.

Although the pool was closed for the season, I still went up onto the roof to enjoy the fresh spring air. It is a bit of a mystery to figure out how to get up there, you have to hit the PH button in the elevator. And not all elevators lead to the pool.

The Bethesdan Hotel is truly a quality establishment. It's a clean hotel with very comfortable rooms - plus every amenity you can think of. Happy hour drink specials run from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. They also have an up scale restaurant in the lobby that serves breakfast (not free but delicious) and you should really try their crab cakes for dinner. Top notch.

Every employee I've encountered has always been kind and helpful, day or night (and I've stayed there regularly since they opened).

Lastly I just have to repeat how clean it is. That's very important to me and I'm never disappointed. My advice - sign up for Hilton Rewards your first stay, because you will probably be back!

Clean, modern place, with beautiful art pieces.
We used this place for my sister's milestone birthday, and I must say I was impressed with the food. The chef accommodated our request after the food tasting. Permit me to say the event Food was even more delicious than the food tasting. The Manager - Kim went above and beyond to work with us and dis a great job! Also il, I will not forget to mention the team that worked on the floor, led by Mr. Freddie (very friendly man and ready to attend to you anytime).

About the rooms, the bathroom was just a little small, and it was a tub option. Would have preferred a walk-in option as well.

Will I return ? Yes, I will.

Plus, I already know what to request when I return😊😊.

Eric at the front desk is a great host! He got me situated in a beautiful room with a view of Bethesda.

Myself and my wife stayed here during my wife's 3 day tenure at NIH. Very clean rooms, the staff anywhere you were at in the building were courteous and friendly and more than accommodating. We had tried to go to the rooftop pool for a swim, but however were denied for maintenance purposes the gentlemen up there felt bad we weren't able to swim and offered to buy us a complimentary drink from the bar in the main lobby for the inconvenience. Great location within walking distances to several eateries to suit your fancy. I would recommend it

This hotel was delightful. Contemporary rooms, warm hospitality, good food and coffee available. My only thing was I couldn't figure out how to change the temperature in the shower. But I got by.

Check in was smooth, Jamie was very kind and professional! The room was clean, and smelled great!

Great room, clean, and some staff are very professional. Also I slept very well in their beds.

Pros: Newly renovated room, well cleaned and mostly nice and professional staff.

Cons: I spoke with a concierge about if I could check-in earlier than 3.00pm. The person seemed to be an eastern european sounding lady who kept me for 10 minutes on hold and then just said 'No' very loudly and hanged up the phone. But other employees were professional and nice.

Overall impression: I had a great experience and slept well. I do however notice that the service can be a hit or a miss at this place.

Staff was nice. Our housekeeping did a thorough & excellent job. Superclean. Room was very quiet even though we were right next to the elevator.
