Potomac Medical Aesthetics: Dr. Peter S. Petropoulos, MD

This is my second time visiting the medical clinic and I can’t say enough great things about Dr. P, Elizabeth, and all the staff here. They are all so amazing, nice and honest about their services!! I get a customized treatment plan and never felt pressured to do anything that I didn’t feel comfortable doing.

I went in for my fillers and I had a really good experience. Elizabeth is amazing! She did the injections and made me feel comfortable. She’s very knowledgeable and thorough - took the time with me to answer all my questions. She examined my skin and carefully explained the procedure. It has been a few days and so far, the results are good!

I will be back again soon. Highly recommend this place!

After visiting for the first time I was amazed by the kind staff who made sure I was comfortable at all times. I was nervous and had questions on the procedure I received and was reassured and had all my questions answered in detail. Elizabeth did an amazing taking her time with injecting my filler and getting to know me on a personal level making me feel welcomed and appreciated. Dr. Petropoulos was also very helpful welcoming when I first arrived and left the building. They made sure I left happy & I definitely recommend checking out Potomac Medical Aesthetics!

Amazing experience at Potomac Med Spa with Dr.Petropolous who is so experienced and made sure I got the results that I was looking for!! He made the injection process so relaxing and explained everything he was doing as he did it, which was very comforting for someone getting injected for the first time. His staff is AMAZING!! the PA was so kind and distracted me throughout the process so I wouldn’t be in pain and she answered all my questions. Julia was so friendly as usual and also answered all my pre-injection/post-injection questions. She brings such great energy to the office and makes you feel right at home. I am truly so thankful for this wonderful team!!!! Their office is so professional and clean with very approachable staff that are all so knowledgeable in their field!

Sabrina was so amazing!! A true artist and perfectionist. It took me so long to find the right injector. I’m so happy with her work. She listens to your concerns and takes her time to analyze your face. Highly recommend! The owner of the practice also introduced him self to me during my visit and explained everything that is offered at his practice, I felt so welcomed and great energy by everyone.

I have and will always recommend Potomac Medical Aesthetics. Dr. Petropoulos and his staff are top notch. The minute you walk into the medical spa you are greeted by his professional staff with a smile and they are always on time for you; especially if you are coming during your lunchtime. Dr. P. is very knowledgeable and skilled and has the eye of a sculptor. I have seen him for face & lip fillers as well as botox for almost 3 years (I'm in my 50's) and I can honestly say he is the best!! I expressed to Dr. P that I want to look like a younger version of myself with a dash of age. He gave me just that!! :-). My friends and family ask....You look good, so healthy and rested; what are you doing? I say... I try to eat right and exercise to take care of the inside and Dr. P takes care of the outside . <3. I can't say enough nice things about the extremely talented (and hilarious!) Dr. Petropoulos, Gretchen, and the rest of Dr. P's amazing team! I just turned 40 and my skin has never looked better. Dr. Petropoulos and his staff are great. I’ve done many services with him including Botox, filler, PRP facial and BBL (broadband light) - the latter having significant results getting rid of my redness and creating very nice skin tone. I’ve recommended Dr. Petropoulos to several friends and family members, all who continually go back!

Dr. P is the best! I struggled with acne scarring for years, spending THOUSANDS of dollars on resurfacing procedures that didn't work for my skin. Dr. P worked with me to develop a customized plan to reduce my scarring and improve the way I look. The plan worked (although it is well known that the scars will never 100% go away) and now I have a face that I am not afraid for people to see. Thank you!!!

Potomac Medical Aesthetics offers a unique personal touch, and treatments that do what they’re supposed to. The practice offers many different types of treatments, and I felt that my interests were addressed with care. I had a six-session EmSculpt treatment of my quads to boost muscle strength and mass. Results were tangible. Besides my satisfactory experience with treatments, I really appreciated the personal touch of Dr. P and his staff, from their attention and availability to Dr. P’s sense of humor. I don’t hesitate to recommend this practice, and will certainly return myself, for my future needs.

The best and kindest doctor I have ever met! Dr. Petropoulos takes his time and is very detail oriented. He is genuine and honest. This was the first time I’ve had filler with ZERO pain (I don’t mind pain but just surprised that I didn’t feel a thing). The results are so natural I’ve never been happier! We are moving next year and I would fly down just to get touch ups!

Dr. Petropoulos and his staff made my Halo/BBL treatment such a pleasant experience. I was so nervous and excited at the same time to get this treatment done. When it came time for the procedure Dr. P walked me through everything step by step with a few jokes in between. His bedside manor made me forget the nerves and his knowledge of the procedure made me excited for the outcome. It’s been about two months since the treatment and I couldn’t be happier. Dr. Petropoulos and his staff are AMAZING. I recently had a BBL + Halo Treatment and I’m so happy I chose to do it here. I’ve done a lot of research on this treatment and was a little nervous before coming. Immediately Dr. P put me at ease. He took the time to explain every detail and answer every question. During the treatment he was so kind and comforting, letting me know everything he was doing along the way. I don't typically write reviews but this was truly such a great experience I couldn’t not. Not to mention my skin looks incredible!

Where do I begin? Had one of the best Anesthetic experiences here. First of all the young lady at the front desk was very, very helpful and got me in on short notice. I appreciated this. On arrival...there was zero wait time. Checked in and was literally taken to a room.

The two ladies that assisted the doctor (names escape me) were very helpful and nice. Honestly everyone here is great.

And Dr. Petropoulos!! I absolutely adore him. Super kind, reassuring and thorough. He explained their various services and walked me through my treatment with so much patience but more importantly, knowledge!

There was ZERO up-selling or trying to convince you to get what you don't need. Infact he recommended against services I thought I needed. Talk about integrity and honesty.

If you are in doubt...don't be. Schedule a consultation and try them out. I live out of state...a 5hr flight away but this is my new provider. He and his team are worth it!

This probably sounds like a paid review...but its not. It was just a really good experience for me and the results??? Amazing!!
