It's a safe and convenient public parking for those, who like me, own an EV. Although crowed at times there's a charge station by ChargePoint. It's convenient for me, I feel safe leaving my car charging overnight because it is challenging at times to charge here during the day and that's because there is a sizeable amount of EV's circulating in our roads, keep in mind that there's about 400 EV's working as taxi cabs in the area.

The parking here is always plentiful and the meters can be used all day buy only charge from 7AM to 7PM. But you have to use the app, which is useful anyway.

Nice garage it is one block from Silver Spring metro center a bike store a seven eleven and subway sandwich shop it has long term parking also the west end of garage leads into a planet fitness
