Plaza Tire Service

Plaza tire has always offered us good service. I feel like they are trustworthy and open about what needs to be done and what can wait. They have always done great work and do it in a timely manner. The service today was super helpful and done very quickly! They did what needed to be done and didn't try to squeeze extra money out of us but we're very professional and kind.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience at this Plaza Tire location off of Old Hwy 94. I had just gotten off work and realized my tire was almost flat and they were able to get me in an hour before they closed. They not only inspected my tire but were able to replace all four tires before they closed and were extremely kind and understanding the entire time. I cannot recommend this location and their service enough!

Ken was super helpful and fast. Had appointment and it was found rear brakes needed replaced. Ken called with price and they were able to do while still in shop! Always great service and knowledgeable.

Plaza Tore on old 94 in St. Charles always does a great job of not putting you off 2-3 weeks for service. Every time I have gone, they continue to do their best to get me in and out in as best they can. On top of this, they take the extra step to visually show you any diagnostic issues they find with your car. They don’t pressure you to buy, they simply informed me of the cost for repairs and let me know the long term consequences if I didn’t get it fixed sooner rather than later. This is all that we hope for out of a vehicle repair shop; fair, honest, open, and timely service. I would recommend this shop to someone needing ANY car repair. Not just tires or oil.

Michael and the rest of the Plaza Tire crew helped make an unbearable day just a little bit bearable.

Michael was cheery when I called him on the phone at 11:00. He was cheery when I spoke with him in person at 11:30 for the first car. He was cheery when I was dropping off the second car at 5:57, just minutes before closing, after having spent most of the day in his waiting room.

He was more than cheery. He was kind. And helpful. And they got me back on the road. Driving safely. Just so happened to be a stormy rainy night. The traction and control I had driving home made my Venza feel like a Beemer again. And he did what he could to make it affordable. In addition to making my car safe, the guys made the back of my car cleaner than when I gave it to them.

I’m pretty sure when I see Michael tomorrow, to pick up the second vehicle, he will be as friendly and kind as he was today.

Used a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation. Very courteous service. I didn’t have to wait long. Reasonable price. Overall, a very positive experience. I’d go back.

My wife brought our vehicle in with a tire that had gone flat. They got her in at the end of the day without complaint. They took care of the issue, and got her back on the road. Awesome customer service!

Shane was very helpful and positive! My daughter was getting her first car inspected and all that goes along with it. He made her feel comfortable and eased her worries. Plaza Tire did all work efficiently and cost effective. Very satisfied with everything.

I trust that when I drop vehicles off at this location that everything will be great when I return to pick up. The communication while the service is being done is great - and they encourage you to contact them with any questions about what is happening.

they were quick to get me in on a Saturday morning needed four tires dismounted and remounted with new tires did not purchase my tires from them but they did an excellent job on the installing them balancing them and replacing valve covers and had my car back within 4 hours

I bought two new tires for my riding lawnmower and had to have them installed. John Deere said I would have to leave them and it would take about a week to do this! They were so backed up! He recommended Plaza Tire Service. I took them over to Plaza Tire Service and they had them done in 30 minutes! The customer service was awesome! Very professional and friendly. He even carried the two tires out for me and put them in my trunk! I love this place!

My check engine light has been on for 2 weeks and a friend of ours highly recommended Plaza Tire Service in St. Charles,MO. He knows the people and said great things about them. I have never been there but tried them out.
They are incredible. Everyone was really nice and talked me through everything and even came up with a plan if they couldn’t fix it the same day. They did end up fixing the problem (sensor wire was broken). I will definitely be going to them again in the future. Their prices are better than others also. I highly recommend them.

walked in to get four tires and they were really busy and still had time for me. rushed out without asking about the price. hoping it would be near what was online. did not have to fight for the price. it was exactly what I expected. Will be back.
