John F. Kennedy High School

I don't know where Kennedy gets it's bad reputation from. We are literally one of the most people freindly, not self oriented, collected school in Montgomery County. The diversity in this school is astonishing. I'll bet you a hundred bucks that you can't find a single person from Madagascar in your school, but we can. Sure you can say that "oh but you don't have any white people in your school" and yeah you're right, I'll give you that one. One of the most popular things that we are attacked on by other schools is by our test scores. Look here, there are so many hard working people in this school that the lazy 17 of them shouldn't represent us as a whole. Most of our Senior, Juniors , Sophomores and Freshmen make honor roll every quarter. We have one of the best teaching staffs, if you take out one person (ms. B). Through programs like Cavs-x and Lunch and Learn, you could go to your teachers and they could help you with what ever. We get it, our football,lacrosse and girls soccer team suck, but sometimes you just have to suck, but we still have faith. I don't know if this review made you drop the bad thoughts that you had about Kennedy because we are literally one of the most close oriented and bully free school ever. Plus we have so many academic options like the IB diploma, Medical Careers, NJROTC and so much more. Just squash the beef that you have with Kennedy and maybe think about it as a great school. GO CAVS!💚

John Brown: You are clearly speaking for yourself only. Sour grapes like yours suggest that you were the problem, not the school. My son goes there, is in the IB program, and the LTI magnet. I wouldn't want ANY other school for him. Fabulous teachers, helpful staff, responsive security, amazing principal, and beautiful building. My son is a big fish in a small pond and he'll have a wonderful learning foundation on which to build in college.
