Extra Space Storage

I need to share what a pleasant experience it is to use the services of Extra Space Storage on W. Montgomery Ave in Rockville MD. The facilities are as advertised- clean, climate controlled (which is ideal for storing furniture), has easy accessibility with plenty of dolly's to help move items to/from unit. For me the staff is most important. They are the ones that make the experience. With this said, I can not say enough about Manoj (the store manager) and his team. They are excellent! They're extremely accommodating, make it point to understand your needs, are "always" professional and pleasant. As the saying goes, it all starts at the top. So kudos to Manoj for setting such an excellent example and his team for providing such a stress free experience. Thank you. Al Oliveto

Manoj was very responsive and helpful while I was looking for a unit to rent. He was very quick in helping me through the paperwork to rent the unit as well.

After going back later to load some items, he stopped back at the loading area to help streamline to loading.

I'd recommend this facility. It's clean and management clearly keeps a close eye on the facility to keep it secure and convenient.

This place is great! It smells fresh and clean. The temperature seems very stable, and I feel like my items are very safe and secure here.

Mr. Manoj was very helpful and kind. He showed me to my locker and even took the time to show me how to operate the unloading doors. The building is extremely clean and well maintained.

The experience is great of renting storage with Extra Space this location ! Unique access code for each one. Easy for entry. Climate control and everywhere is clean.

Using the facility short term and every time I run by the office Manoj Risal is so pleasant and helpful. Storage areas are clean and well lit. Highly recommend if you need storage

We recently moved all our things over from Public Storage. The difference is incredible! Extra space is immaculate, so clean, very secure, and makes having a storage unit an easy process. The loading bays are great so that no matter the weather you’ll be able to get things to and from your car without getting caught in the elements. They even have nice music playing throughout the facility so it’s not just dead silent. It may not seem like a big deal but after going back and forth from here to public storage all day it was clear that Extra Space goes the extra mile! So happy we made the switch!

I just had a great experience at the Extra Space Storage on Montgomery Ave in Rockville. Marika was an amazing customer service agent and took the time to explain things to me and even showed me the unit! She’s awesome!😄
