Have been a customer here for 2.5 years. It is staffed daily, video-monitored, and climate controlled facility with discounts available. Two loading docks available (one raised for elevated truck beds and one at ground level, ample number of dollies to move too and from units. Best thing about the place is the super helpful staff. Formerly acorn, now “cubesmart” with an app that actually works for monthly payment by card. Multiple types of units on multiple floors, two working freight elevators (4500 lbs capacity) in a convenient location, and competitive pricing. Highly recommend to friends and family.

Acorn Self Storage is very professional far away from the others Self Storage Companies I have used in the past.

This is the cleanest, nicest storage facility in the area. Jheromell and Robin go above and beyond for their customers. I cannot thank them enough for helping me coordinate efforts to have my elderly father's unit cleaned out after we moved him into a nursing home. We need more businesses like this in the world - well run, clean, treat customers great, and an overall wonderful experience.

Always helpful and proactive. They noticed when my lock was incorrectly installed and my unit was vulnerable and put their own lock until I was able to address it. They also noticed when I cleared my unit to reach out to me before I did to close my account!

Best Storage Solution I have every experienced! I had done a remote move during COVID and had to organize my storage solution through movers and the storage locker management. Thien was amazing! I’ve been a customer for 4 years and have moved into 3 different units due to the amount of storage that I needed. The manager, Jheromell Arcilla, is very helpful and accommodating, and has personally helped me with every move to a new unit. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Just finished my move into a storage unit here at Acorn and was totally delighted by the customer service, the ease, and the speed with which it was all handled. Thanks to Jheromell in particular for making today so great (particularly as moves can always turn into nightmares... and we have the added bonus of moving during a global pandemic!). Jheromell and Thien are awesome!!! They have the best customer service and are always willing to help. I get shipments regularly and they are always communicating any issues when they arise. I trust they take great care of my stuff too. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

1st: Good consistent climate control and not too cold in winter months
2nd: Very professional but flexible management with excellent communication and service by Tien & employees
3rd: Very nice clean facility with simple and uncomplicated multiple entry and exit locations without having to enter security code every time I entered the parking lots or used an elevator. -In other words a very east to use facility
4th: Access until 10PM 7 days/week

I moved to here from another local Kensington Storage facility. They turned out to be cheaper, cleaner, and with better hours for access! Both Thien and Jheromell in the front office are great as well! They even let me jump on a freshly vacated larger unit when I saw someone move out, with minimal procedural hurdles or extraneous paperwork. This place is great!

Jheromell was extremely helpful and informative. He took his time explaining all the features of this facility and was kind enough to show me several units so I could have a better idea of size and spacing. Will definitely recommend this facility.
