Gold's Gym - Rockville (Town Square)

Fantastic gym and experience. Switched over from my home gym of 4 years two days ago, and have been in love.

Only issue! The main reason I switched was for the sauna, however, the sauna only goes to 160 degrees. Wish that it would be 180 degrees like other gyms.

I like all of the windows and like that it’s on 2 floors, which gives you nice options to look up when you want to vary your workouts. They are one of the few gyms that still has the Jacoba ladder machine and skating machine. Very nice location and great classes. It’s great that there is garage parking for snowy days. You can get your parking ticket stamped at the front desk . But you have to move your car within 2 hours and then get a new ticket if you want a longer workout

The nicest, most professional staff I've ever seen and the best gym in my 25 years of working out. Great gym, great machines and equipment, great sauna, and there's always enough weights and equipment at all times. Gym is always very clean. I would highly recommend.. I moved to the Maryland/DC area 5 years ago and this is by far my favorite gym!

I really like this gym. I have been going here for a few months and chose it after trying out many gyms in the area.
I go here for the classes, which are great and never crowded. You don't need to preregister for them, just show up. The instructors are super helpful and make sure that you are doing the exercises correctly (which they can do because of the small class sizes).
I really like the kids club, and it is only a $4 drop in fee. Also parking is great, the garage is right next door and they validate the first two hours.

Been coming to this gym since May. Really love the environment, vibe, and overall structure of the gym overall. Rashad brings in the good vibes every time he sees you, giving you the motivation to come back for your next session. Definitely recommend this Gold's.

I mostly chose this gym because I live very close by and it has a kids club. I honestly can tell you the employees in this location are great. They are encouraging and really nice. The Zumba classes are awesome! The kids club employees are nice and can deal with the the crazyness the kids club sometimes gets. The sauna is a plus wish they had a steam room though. Overall I enjoy my workouts when I go there!

This is the best gold's gym out there. Very clean, staff are great. Even the people who attend this place pretty much keeping themselves wipe off the machines and are there to work out. I love it, I definitely recommend this gym

The gym is really good and every equipment is space out to maintain distancing. They are open during the early morning hours also which helps me to do my workout before most of the people’s come in. They have provided cleaning equipments everyone so that everyone can clean the equipment before and after the use

A little pricey, but well worth it. The place is kept well and the equipment is nice. I like that they have a sauna, and they validate your parking for two hours which is great. I bought an all access membership in downtown DC, and it works just fine here.

Conveniently located gym that had a ton of equipment that serious weight lifters will appreciate. The facility is taking extra precautions during COVID to ensure cleanliness. Ample amount of free weights, cardio machines (even stair climbers!) and TVs. The only things that are missing (perhaps due to COVID) are mats and resistance bands. Free weights go up to at least 150 lbs. Unlike the previous reviews, I think the safe are great. They don't get in your way but are friendly and recognize regulars.

I love this gym and the staff. I've been working out here with a personal trainer for over a year and have really enjoyed my time here. The staff have always been super nice, the trainers are personable and attentive to their clients, especially the trainer I worked with, Billal. The facilities themselves are good and it's location is very convenient for me as I live in the town square.

I have been a member of other gyms in the past, but I don’t remember being as invested as I am now, and I think much of the credit goes to the fact that the staff here, including the instructors are very encouraging, checking on your progress each time.

I like this location a lot. The Grit strength classes are exciting and game changer.
