McDonald's

The customer service was excellent, I was served my food really fast and also the food was top notch. Everybody was super friendly and the lobby was impeccable I wouldn't trade it for anything else. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a tasty meal. God bless

Many great memories were made in McDonalds. From my earliest memories as a kid playing in the old playground to playing chess there in middle school, to picking up snacks with now ex-girlfriends in high school, to picking up food and having some of the most meaningful conversations with friends on long summer drives.

Out of all McDonald's I have ate at this one 9 times out of 10 is above all. They have really stepped up thier game and have decent teenager's working there. I notice they prepare for local events and have extra staff on hand. No need to check the bag in this drive threw. Doing a re-review today it’s been a year since my last review. They have a new building and double drive threw now and they are still on their game I have to say this is the quickest most organized McDonald’s I have ever stopped at during a lunch rush. 5 stars from me.

My children and I go thru the drive thru all the time. Food is ALWAYS correct, comes very quickly and is always greeted with a smile and friendly hello. We use coupons all the time, infact have forgotten to give them a couple times and provided code at end of order and it has never been a problem. I would definitely recommend this McDonalds. I have been to many and this one is by far the best service and great food.

Honestly probably the best McDonald's I've ever been to. The food is always hot and fresh and the presentation is actually good. The cheese is lined up on the sandwich and not half off and sticking to the box, the toppings are in the right proportions, and the staff is always super friendly. Always fast service, too. If you get parked, it's definitely because your food is being prepared right now. These guys are doing it right.

I received stellar customer service here. The order was taken quickly and accurately. The order taker repeated my order to me to make sure it was correct as well. My food was brought to my table very soon after I ordered it. It was all hot and fresh. If only all fast food places operated like this

Staff is friendly. Drive thru is fairly quick moving. Prices are a little high, but that is everywhere. Orders are usually correct.

Fast convenient and cheap in St Genevieve they're the only fast food place in town and open late for a town that sits down at 7:00 so it sucks they don't have more of a variety of flavors then that same McDonald's taste you get with every Burger. One meal a day for two or three days it starts to get dreadful. Just saying

I'm a worker and I love it here. Very friendly morning/day crew and most of nights. We may not be the fastest mcdonalds, but we are the friendliest. I've visited to help work for 3 other mcdonalds and this one is my favorite. I'm sorry for the bad reviews you can make a formal complaint to our store and we'll do what we can to fix the problem.

Very fast and fresh and very friendly Atmosphere . So peaceful there when it's not busy like a mad house but still it yet calm and relaxing even in all that business nobody gets over welmeled , they stay calm and in take your order perfectly...

Always fresh, always good, always accurate and the morning/day crew are second to none!
And no I don't live here or have family working here.

Good food a great service .all workers are very nice an well trained only issue is they need to give all they can one thing is to stay off their cell phones especially by front end an drivethrough.ste Genevieve McD's bad at having cell phones

Well McDonald's is always good food and service just sad right now no indoor dining kinda miss that u know a quick bite to eat and a drink but oh well hopefully next year brighter and better God bless Happy New Year!!!!

This is a very nice new location. Very friendly staff and good service. Even brought my food to my table.
