Hilton Garden Inn Silver Spring White Oak

Hilton Garden Inn Silver Spring White Oak is a great place to stay while visiting the DMV Area. The cleanliness of my room was superb. The service from the front desk to housekeeping was excellent. Great location for restaurant dining, shopping and travel proximity to the interstate.

The staff are so warm and welcoming. One of the most impressive thing was the "order to go meal" never seen this before and I was loving the meal to the core. It is walking distant to the mall and over all the cleanliness of the entire place is everything. See you soon again. Thank you for such excellent service

I came due to home improvements that left me unable to stay in the house. The room is spacious, clean, and nice. If you are allergic to feather pillows, like me, they have 2 options. The first 2 pillows are feather, the back two are hypoallergenic. This is true at most Hilton facilities. Also, given my length of stay, it was so great to have a mini fridge and microwave.

The window treatments are GREAT. If you want to sleep in late or take a nap, they are practically blackout screens. The beds are a bit firm for me but I slept well. Bathrooms were spacious and shower was nice with good water pressure.

Overall felt calm, quiet, and safe. Also in walking distance to a TON of restaurants and stores. I would add... if you don't want to pay for breakfast, you can walk 3 minutes to Ihop, Panera, or Chick-fil-a! There is also a quick purchase station by the front desk. You can get creative to save money here.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again anytime.

2. In addition to hotels own restaurant and bar, very good places to eat across the street-Panera Bread, Five Guys, Sui’s Asian, TFI etc.

We stayed here for two weeks while our home was being remodeled. The location was perfect for us. We booked two rooms as my husband and I both work remotely and had our double monitors set up in each room. The desk/chair was comfortable for working 10+ hrs/day. The internet was fast and reliable.

There is no kitchen but there are plenty of eating options just steps from the hotel. There is a microwave and a small fridge. The free coffee in the lobby was pretty good too!

Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool as a treat and we made use of the fitness center.

The breakfast is cooked to order and served. I would have rather full self service because it took a long time in the mornings, but it was good. The food was fresh, especially the fruits.

Everyone was friendly and the accommodations were comfortable overall. It is not easy to live/work out of a hotel with small kids, we made the best of it and this turned out to be a great option.

This hotel is in a very convenient location with multiple restaurants nearby. There was breakfast available that looked better than average for a hotel lobby breakfast. The room was large, well-stocked, and clean. Everything worked and was in perfect condition. I'm not a fan of feather pillows so if you don't like them you might consider requesting different ones, but the bed was quite comfortable.
If we had had more time I would have liked to check out the pool and fitness room. The only amenity we used was the front lobby which had free coffee in the morning and we enjoyed drinking ours near the fireplace as we waited for our Lyft.
I love how the Hilton Honors app lets you choose your room in advance and use your phone as your key. The app also let us request a Lyft and since we weren't going very far, it was free! That might have been due to points we had earned, but it is definitely worth downloading the app and joining their Honors program before you make your reservation.
If you're visiting the Silver Spring area, don't hesitate to stay at this Hilton Garden Inn.

My family and I really enjoyed this hotel. It is located in a great area with restaurants within walking distance and easy parking. What really makes the hotel shine is the staff. Bruce at the front desk was great, as well as the operations manager (I cant recall her name) and Emmanuel at the bar- all exceptional and made us feel at home. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was really nice- hot waffles, bacon, potatoes, cereals, and fresh fruit which was especially welcomed. We didnt use the pool, its small looks small but certainly adequate for kids to have a splash. The workout room was also suitable. Thank you to all of the team for a great stay, this will be our go to hotel while in the Silver Spring area.

It was a nice place, being a business traveler I can speak to what's nice or not. Nice lobby, large and clean. Also the room are nice, the bathroom have a shower curtain. The people are nice, my only concern would be one of security. Graffiti on the back wall along with a dark back parking lot. The front is perfectly fine with a lot of place close to the hotel to eat. Even though some not so great things, I would stay here when I return to the area.

Overall, great staff (front desk/custodial/food service). Room was wonderful. Location was perfect for getting around beltway or short drive to metro station. We stayed for multiple nights. Please keep in mind that things are still slowly opening and supplies/services are limited. Towel/linen service is slightly delayed which I would imagine is due to shortage on staff. Breakfast was not included in price, however was delicious and provided hot food. We stayed in four other locations during our trip up east coast and this was lone location to offer hot/fresh breakfast. Also, numerous other food options within walking distance of the hotel.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Beds and pillows dreamy. Much more comfortable than trying to stay downtown. Easy drive into city but adjacent self parking and the staff was amazing. My mom forgot her purse and the front desk attendant went out of her way to help us and keep it safe!

My family and I stayed here while visiting my son. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast and coffee was better than most hotels. My family would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion is maybe keep or offer coffee in the lobby in the afternoons or evenings.

I just want to say that my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Silver Springs was better than expected due to the interactions I had with the staff. Tired from a long drive, I arrived an hour earlier than check-in and was given the option to check in before. The front desk concierge team was very kind and helpful in getting me settled in. Additionally, I had an excellent discussion with one of the other staff members (I think his name was Kumar or Kimar) where we talked about the Bethesda area, what to do and what to see. Overall, I had an effortless stay here and appreciated the work of the staff.

there is shopping and food right next to the hotel
and most small things you can just take in the lobby
and charge to your room. also check out is at 12
and not 11 and I like that because it gives me more
time to wake up and not to be in a hurry

Clean, microwave and refrigerator that was cold. Free French coffee in the room. Cups in the room too. Very lean no bed bugs. Close to cheap and moderate prices meals. Target within walking distance. Very good deal for the price. Will stay again !

Beautiful Hotel, my Wife and I had to stop overnight due to the rain and bad weather. This Hilton is an extremely nice place. The rooms have a Mini-fridge, Microwave, Keurig Coffee Machine and premium cable. You can't ask for anymore than that. Check out is at 12pm noon, so if you want to sleep in, you can. I highly recommend this Hotel. Best wishes. F B

Very clean and spacious. Bed is firm but the pillows are fluffy. Bathrooms have nice toiletries like makeup removing facial cloths along with regularly expected items. Fastest check in and was given 2 complimentary bottles of water. Kurig is in the room with lots of options. Hotel has lots of amenities (24 snack bar, pool, gym, business area) that I didn't use but was impressed with. Would recommend staying to family and friends.

The staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful. After hearing we just drove from Texas to Maryland, the staff ensured we had a quiet room away from other guest so we could get some badly needed rest. The breakfast buffet was good, a bit pricey for a limited, yet good, menu. Checkout was just as efficient and friendly as check-in.

We had an excellent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Silver Springs. The hotel is impeccably clean, the rooms are modern and well-equipped. Our check-in was very easy and the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The morning breakfast buffet was one of the best Hilton Garden Inn breakfast we have ever been at! The kitchen staff were friendly and made sure that we had everything we wanted. The scrambled eggs, bacon, and breakfast potatoes were excellent. We also appreciated the fresh food selection and a wide selection of cereals and breakfast muffins and toast. I give the Hilton Garden Inn Silver Springs 5 stars.

Check in was unpleasant. We reserved our room 1 week ahead. The weather was bad coming in so we called to let them know we will be late checking in. When we got there we were told our room was no longer available and the only rooms available are on the 1st floor. We demanded to have a different room beside the First floor. We got a different room.
