Milestone Cleaners at Travilah Square

I needed a heavy leather jacket altered and my old shoe/luggage repair place closed and became a Korean hot dish restaurant. After looking in the area, I found Milestone to do the alterations and they did a great job. Thanks Grace :)

The owner and staff of this establishment is exceptional! I was 5 months pregnant needing a bridesmaid dress desperately altered for an upcoming wedding.. the owner (I believe his name is Ronnie) went above and beyond to ensure my dress was ready in time for the big day. Great communication, great prices, and great services. I would highly recommend them and will be sure to come back in the future.

We have been coming to Milestone Cleaners , a local family run business, for probably 20 years. We have never ever had any adverse incident of any kind from a service or quality perspective and never a lost item. To the contrary, our cleaning always comes back on a timely basis and always looks great. We trust Ronnie the owner to tell us how to handle delicate or unusual items.

Apart from the quality , it is a pleasure doing business with Milestone. The staff are consistently friendly and efficient. We are always greeted with a smile and efficient service. The real testament to the excellent business that Ronnie runs is the very long tenure of the staff. The same folks seem to have worked for him forever. The sign of a well run business. The friendliest and most caring staff! I drive half an hour to this service because it is the best. I love that they use eco friendly products too! I had an impossible task (getting all different kinds of stains out of a 100% polyester shirt), not even dry cleaning specific but they took great care in being true to what they can do for me and keeping me updated with calls. Grace was easy to work with and gave me a realistic timeline for the service, and met that timeline successfully! I had my maid of honor dress altered as it was too tall. The aftermath turned out really well. I wanted the dress to be floor length. When I tried it on, it was the perfect floor-length with my heels on.

Milestone cleaners is the absolute best and most reliable dry cleaners we have ever used. The clothes always come out beautifully. But even more important than the quality of their work is the pleasantness of the staff and the incredible personal engagement and commitment of the owner of the Milestone, Ronnie Greenbaum, makes going there a pleasure every time.

I have been going to Milestone for five years and trust no other cleaners to do a better job. The quality of work you get is unmatched by any other cleaner I have dealt with. This place gets the special attention quality fabric needs and is experienced at cleaning delicate fabrics. Owner Ronnie usually checks the clothes and immediately calls you if there is any problem. He will give you an honest opinion on whether the stain will be removed completely or whether the fabric will fair well in dry cleaning, and ask for your approval before proceeding. During any busy daily routine, you wouldn't expect a call from your cleaners. But when I do, I'm certainly appreciative of the detailed care owner Ronnie pays to the clothes, especially when they are pieces you treasure and spent good money on. Unfortunately, I have moved several times and had to change cleaners. No one has yet to match the level of service Milestone provides. I have driven the distance for a peace of mind on costly items but certainly glad that I will be moving back to the area soon and continue using Milestone.

I've been doing business here for almost 5 years on a weekly basis. They are almost flawless - and when something goes wrong, they leap to do it over and make it perfect. So very rare in service businesses today. They always greet me warmly and mostly by name!

This review is because once again, Ronnie and his cordial, accurate and energetic staff went above and beyond and I had to say GOOD JOB! Today I was picking up 6 hangers of dry cleaning and a full shopping bag of boxed shirts - Ronnie (the personable owner) came in the door and automatically took the hangers out to my car for me. And was happy to do it!
They do my boss's shirts and always get them right. The dry cleaning gets the special attention quality clothing requires and when there is some minor question or issue, they are quick to call me to review what they should do. Recommendations for the best way to proceed have always been spot on (pun intended!).

Their process is strictly eco friendly - no chemical smell in the store or on the clothes. Alterations and repairs are available and turn around is speedy.They do all the laundry and dry cleaning, alterations work on premises!

In addition to laundry and dry cleaning services, they have cleaned my very salt and water stained Ugg boots and made them literally look brand new! They also provide shoe repairs.

Their hours are EXTENSIVE Mon-Friday from 7 AM TIL 8 PM and Saturdays from 8 AM til 6 PM. They are located in the mini shopping center behind the Burger King on the corner of Darnestown Road and Travilah Road in Rockville, just past the end of Great Seneca Hwy.

I began using Milestone several years ago when they adopted a delivery service called Permanently Pressed. I have tried many dry cleaners over the years but never experienced as much attention to detail and feedback with problem stains as my wife and I have had from Milestone. Anybody can do a mens dress shirt, it's when something difficult is presented that Milestone rises to the top. I heartily recommend them to everyone I can.

This business is simply the best~from the customer service to the care of their customers' clothes. I trust no other cleaners! The staff and owner are professional in every aspect! My clothes and I are very happy!

What I like most about this laundry shop is their concern towards their customers. They always ensure that not only do they clean your items well, but they also really do it fast. They even text you once your laundry is ready for pickup .

The quality is superb and customer service is the best.

I have used this establishment for many years. But no more. Their cleaning is fine, but no better than other places that charge MUCH less. I wanted to have a 60x120 tablecloth pressed and they charged $24. I called around and found Dry Clean Plus in Rockville at $12.50 and the Cleaners in Festival Shopping Center at $14!!!!

Tried to call this store for some pricing info, whoever picked up the phone was very rude and unhelpful.
