I recently had an issue with my storage, and I just received a call from a manager by the name of Quinton, who helped me resolve my issue. What great customer service, and that truly means a lot, because you just don’t receive good customer service anymore these days. That in itself makes me want to patronize a business!!! I came in after a long day, moving furniture I was greeted by Sal who was very helpful and friendly.
The customer before me was very rude but Sal was still very patient with him. before I completed my order, I had to leave and come back. When I returned, so had another rude customer, and he was very patient with that person as well. I felt bad because you could tell his lunch had been sitting on the counter, and he hadn’t had a chance to eat it for the last few hours but after working for hours, without even having a break, Sal was still very patient, and took his time to explain every detail to both myself and the other customers in a very welcoming way. I recommend coming to sign up on days when Sal is around. Also, bring your hand truck there is only one provided here for everyone to share.

I am long time customer in this location (1352 Holton lane, Tacoma park, MD)

I chose to stay in this place because of its proximity, easy acessesability, safety, cleanness, and the quality of service that I received from the management who work in this.

All in all, again and still I want to thank the workers for their restless effort to satisfy us.

Really, to tell the truth, my appreciation for these workers is beyod my this statement. When I see how they handle the customer, fairness & openness, how they manage the property in a professional way, just simply I can say that they are the gift of the company.

Mixed feelings/review!! I'm a long time customer for over a decade. I'm giving 2 reviews in one. The newest staff, Sal, is extremely patient, pleasant and very accommodating to renters. He's easy to work with and I give him 5 stars!!. For years, this location was one of the best managed & clean. However, since Public Storage has taken over, especially the last year, finding a cart to load your belongings has been extremely frustrating and is unacceptable. They have mice issues/weird smells on some floors and I believe the Corporate iisn't doing enough to correct these issues yet they keep jacking up the rent every 5-6 months. It's a sad state of affairs.

Jenn was probably the most understanding manager I ever met. The customer service was top tier and I couldn’t ask for better. Best public storage manager ever!

My experience was very perfect with the woman staff that attended to me and am very satisfied with the assistance & Juanita is very kind and polite with good qualifications..

This place is very clean and Luis y Juanita are very profesional and help with thebest actitud they always are kind with a big smile.

Public Storage in Takoma Park is a great place. It’s maintained very clean the inside and very nice and no bad orders. Luis and Juanita are very professional and have great personalities. When I first came Luis and Juanita were very good and happy. Others no very sure of. The prices use to be fair and good but once company change they have gone sky high and almost unaffordable. I have no other complaints. Staff is great and very happy to be helped by them.

Bruce was an amazing help. Helpful, cheerful and extremely polite. Had my unit ready to go in less than 5 minutes after having rented it online. He explained the rules and showed me around and was happy to discuss all my questions and answers!! Highly recommend!!

Luis and Juanita are one of the best Managers I have ever met .they are very good are what they do. They have a great personality and I had seeing them interact with customers and are absolutely amazing with their customers.
