Cava Mezze Rockville

I loved the tzatziki and the hummus! The serving sizes are good for tapas. The complimentary pita and harissa were delicious as well.

The service was attentive and welcoming. It is pretty small inside the restaurant but there is ample outdoor seating.

The lamb sliders (2 sliders) and gyros ( 3 mini gyros) were flavorful and filling.

The Ekmek dessert was incredible- orange pastry cream, whipped cream, crispy pastry and honey.

Really good! Big fan of Cava, so I was excited to try Cava Mezze. We got the platter, grilled octopus, street corn, and cauliflower. The meat was cooked really well; I really loved the octopus! I would return for their delicious sounding desserts!!

Brunch at CAVA is never a fail. I highly suggest ordering the brunch menu and for everyone at your table to order something different so you can try it all. Very nice staff. Good options for brunch cocktails as well.

Started with the blueberry margarita and the barrel aged old fashion. Good, but a lot of ice.

The crazy feta hushpuppies were delicious, cooked to perfection.
The server recommend the chicken schnitzel - highly recommend!!! We also got the lamb sliders. Everything was fresh, warm and filling. Be sure you ask for the complimentary harissa & pita bread.
Next time I'm trying the chef d platter for the table.

Outstanding meal! Super cute place, excellent service and fresh delicious small plates had us mmm MMMMing with every bite. Zucchini fritters, spanakopita, mini gyros were all top notch, especially paired with crisp, lovely Greek Xinomavro Rosé!
Tomorrow's coffee will take on their impossibly beautiful baklava. opa!!!

Brunch with some new friends.
Menu options were great 👍! Food was good. Making a few substitutes on a dish was encouraged.
Services was great 👍 ! Atmosphere was nice. Bathrooms were clean(you could smell the clorox)🤭. Overall it was great first time experience at this reaturant.

This was the highlight eating experience of our trip. There were really delicious options that spanned the distance of flavortown. We are more than we should have since we just wanted to keep trying things! Our server was on point as well. If I have any criticism its that I don't enjoy really dimly lit eateries.

An excellent experience all around with great food, service, and atmosphere! The menu is not huge but everything was delicious. Our server was incredibly personal and willing to offer his own candid recommendations. Definitely plan on going back

I know a lot of people think of Cava grill (which I still really like), but This place is different. This place is great for a dinner out, a date night, or even just whining down the end of a day or week.

Hopefully you like it as much as I have, but I would personally always recommend this place.

First time coming and didn’t know what to expect, but service was amazing, the food was flavorful, the cocktails were satisfying. Our server Pierce was a gem through the entire dinner giving us recommendations on the menu and being very accommodating to us. If I was the owner, I would feel very satisfied with the food, the drinks, as well as the customer service. I’ll be back, thank you again!!!!!

We had a very good experience here. Everything was delicious and we will definitely be back to try more. The lollipop chicken was exceptional along with the sweet potatoes.

Atmosphere is amazing, service was nice, and the food is great! There is more of a focus on quality than quantity, so do not expect a huge amount of food. Also, the Saganaki was really cool.

Our server Spiro was great. I was new to this place and he disclosed that they only serve small plates (which was fine since he let us know ahead of time) and recommended popular items on the menu. I ended up going with the Mini Gyro’s, Fried calamari, and spanakopita. They were all amazing. The atmosphere was relaxing and inviting

Amazing service. Our server was Mateo and he took care of us really well. The pita bread dip was to die for. They kept refilling the warm and soft pita breads for us. There are quite a few vegetarian options as well.

Excellent food, and excellent service.
The flaming saganaki cheese was an exciting part of the dinner. Desserts were wonderful. The couple that I was with shared an order of, fresh baklava (made daily by the mother of the restaurant owner), and I had the dessert French toast. Outstanding!

One of my favorite places. Always great food. Great atmosphere, staff is very pleasant and professional.

I can't compliment these guys enough. I was their first customer (Ike was still building tables when I walked in). They catered my wedding fabulously. They've been a regular fixture for dining for my wife and me. And today, I had their lamb gyro with fries. It says something when my wife and I both say "OMG, this is amazing" with the fries ALONE. The gyro was superb (with some shoestring fries added inside), and the fries were crisp and delicious.

A great night out for anyone, from 18 to 88. If you haven't tried them yet, what are you waiting for?

Sublime taste and very chilled vibe

This restaurant offers a small outdoor seating area that only really sits parties of 2. The food here was delicious and mouth watering. I had the mini gyros and I have to say they were the freshest and best tasting gyro I have ever had. The opa opa shrimp was just so good, the flavor was not like anything I have ever had, though mine was missing the scallions for some reason. The hush puppies that are served here is a feta hush puppy, that is a ball of fetta dipped in the hush puppy mix and then fried and served with a ball of a honey type butter, which was yummy. the hush puppy mix itself seemed to have greek spices added into it which I did not like, so I ended up not liking the hush puppies. The lollipop chicken was delicious, I had them put the yogurt on the side as it usually comes below it which I would not have liked, the honey and walnut drizzle on top added perfectly to the crispy juicy chicken. The steak bavette was cooked perfectly and was delicious as well. This is a great place for small plates and a tapas style of sharing food.
