I've been going since I was in my teen years and now i'm well into my 20s. I've never had an issue with their seamstress, in fact, I travel to MD (now in a different DMV state) to go to this specific seamstress. She does waist alterations and hem alterations just how i like them. It's interesting to see the other reviews, maybe i've been lucky. Thanks, Zips!

Very friendly staff, and I really appreciate getting a text message when they receive and finish my order. My only complaint is that it gets very busy, which is probably just because the staff is so friendly and professional

I took 7 items to have tailored and dry cleaned. The turn around was about 5-7 business days, and they were phenomenal. I was blown away. by how precise the tailoring was and the dry cleaning. I would highly recommend them and WILL be using them again.

I was really impressed by the friendliness and thoroughness of this dry cleaners— specifically Kayla and Rodrigo (manager). They were prompt, courteous and even called to inform us that they’d need more time on a few pieces. I’d definitely recommend this location.

Other dry cleaners are sketchy. This place is honest and really respectful of your specific instructions. This is where I have been taking my suits, pants, and dresses to for dry cleaning and I admire the efficiency and the care they do the job with.

I was really really surprised to see the number of negative complaints, so I wanted to share my experience: I have been using this Zips for almost a year after changing from another discount cleaners. They do a better job on my shirts (the arms come crossed and the starch level is exactly what I like. (Tip : Always order extra extra heavy starch, they shirts stand up by themselves so you don't need a closet!)
The clothes have always been great, and the if they miscount the pieces, they will be honest and refund the money without even having to ask. Staff is always pleasant. Only problem i have ever seen is when this location's software would not allow them to accept Zips discount coupons.

Great customer service. They took care of all my various dry cleaning needs. A responsible young lady named Jordan helped me out and she is just the sweetest thing! 😂😂Will definitely be back!!

An established, longtime tenant at this location; consistently provides timely and courteous service, quick turnaround, can clean or repair just about anything, and more than reasonable prices make this the only dry cleaner you should ever need.

This place has a good customer service and the seamstress is a wonderful person. She did an excellent job in my pants and jacket.

Can't beat the price and they do a great job with my shirts. I don't expect red carpet treatment, just perform the service correctly and on time and I'm happy.

They dry clean my husband's u.s. Navy dress uniform and they followed the creases as I requested and it came out wonderfully do not pay for any other dry cleaner than Zips they know their stuff

Top notch. Quality cleaning at a budget rate. They even accept credit cards now. I park in back and use the back entrance. They have counters in front and back for convenience.

I know others have complained about their services but my clothes came out perfectly many visits no issues here will return.
