I stepped inside today, very first time and so happy with the care and service I received from the manager about the pool. Great luxurious gym that takes clients seriously.

Nice facility and friendliest staff out of the DMV area!

I really enjoy the boxing area of this facility for its hanging bags plus a speed bag area for timing & rhythm work.

All the staff I encountered were very helpful and even showed us around the facility.

If you enjoy working out hard and getting a solid MMA or boxing cardio session in, Gaithersburg Lifetime Fitness is the place to go!

I’m suprised with these bad reviews. I believe people who never been in other gyms leaving a low star review for Lifetime. Great quality and staff. Showers and dress rooms are much cleaner than my house.

I visited this gym with a friend and it is a huge facility. Everything was brand new and everything trendy in exercise was available. Examples of the greatness: color coordinated yoga equipment, "AstroTurf" training area, olympic weightlifting section, two class areas with classes all day, an activity/Barre studio, childcare, pool, two basketball courts, huge selection of machines (most of which are useless, compound movements for the win), lots of other stuff too. I feel like this place will get really busy before long but will be a pillar in the exercise community of this area. I could literally live in this place if they had a rock climbing gym too. PeD exchange after party hosted daily in the parking lot at 10pm (just kidding!). If you are into traditional fitness this is a great facility but make sure you will use all it has to offer if you are going to pay the extra. If you just need a gym for weights there are cheaper options. I'll keep my membership at the gym for my specialized sport but would certainly recommend this place as long as they keep it so clean and new.

Above and Beyond Service at LifeTime - Gaithersburg - Truly Grateful!

Last week, I faced the unfortunate predicament of losing my jacket and wallet with all my documents/credit cards and cellphone at Lifetime. In what could have spiraled into a day filled with stress and anxiety, the team Delante and Hisan transformed the experience into one of profound gratitude and relief.

From the moment I realized my belongings were missing, the staff sprang into action with a level of concern and dedication that was truly heartwarming. They meticulously searched the gym, retracing steps, and exploring every possible nook and cranny where my items could have been misplaced. Their commitment didn't wane; for over an hour, they persisted, combining efforts with a remarkable blend of professionalism and empathy.

What stood out to me wasn't just their determination to find my belongings but the genuine care they exhibited throughout the process. It was evident that this wasn't just a task for them; they were fully invested in alleviating my distress and ensuring my day wasn't ruined.

Thanks to their tireless efforts, my belongings were found, intact and untouched. The relief I felt was immense, but more than that, I was touched by the kindness and solidarity shown by the Lifetime team. It's not every day you encounter a group of individuals so dedicated to their members' well-being.

I cannot express enough gratitude to the staff Delante and Hisan for turning a potentially upsetting situation into a testament to the power of community and kindness. This experience has not only reaffirmed my decision to be a part of this gym but has also shown me the incredible spirit and integrity that defines their team.

To anyone considering joining LifeTime, know that you're not just signing up for a place to work out but becoming part of a community that genuinely looks out for each other. Love this place. Can get crowded but early mornings are good and between 1 and 4.
Great equipment selection and it's well maintained. There are other amenities such as swimming, pickleball, basketball, sauna, turf field, hair studio and large locker rooms.

Lifetime has been great for me and my family. Their equipment is clean, repairs are completed timely, and they have an assortment of different machines. Additionally they have great classes if you like that, a kids academy where you can drop off your child for up to 2 1/2 hours while you exercise. This activity also includes drawing, gymnastics, and other activities for your children. Additionally, it has a sauna steam room and Jacuzzi in both the female and male locker room, indoor heated pool and outdoor pool for the summer. I would highly recommend joining this facility even though some people feel it might be expensive. If you use it regularly it is completely worth the cost.

a bit $$$ but, worth of your money. I think every gym should be like this. Try their group workouts like GTX, Tabata and spin. These class are really targeted for ppl who wants to loose weight or get cardio fit. Not to mention the class called Alpha strength….. amazing.

Shout out to Robert at the front for the amazing follow up and customer service. Came as a guest, for a guest pass again, and then decided to get a membership as I have enjoyed the facilities.

A lot to like about this place. Very nice gym facility, with a variety of wonderful trainers and classroom instructors who genuinely bring out the best of us in this community.

Let me tell you something...you can do it all in your lifetime.

I miss y'all ☺ I sure will . Those are reading. This is one of the best Gym I ever been to in my entire life. If you calculate all the services and equipment and safety and kindness 170 is very, very very, very reasonable.

I love this gym. If you can afford the hefty dues it is worth the money.

This is my favorite place and I will never go to another fitness club. The membership cost is literally worth every single penny. Added bonus, the yoga and group classes are out of this world. The staff are caring, fun, and friendly. If there is ever an issue, anyone of the staff are very helpful. Hands down, no regrets every month.

Truly one of my favorite places to regularly go. Childcare is excellent, love the steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, yoga classes. I have even gotten my hair done here. They keep it very clean and it fulfills many needs.

This location is fabulous. Coming from a military background, this facility is the closest thing I have encountered to an on installation facility. Lifetime is definitely worth the money every month. If you are in the Gaithersburg area go work with Wayne, he enrolled me, he is Fantastic!!

I am not a member of this establishment. I reserved a pool party here for my daughter’s first birthday. It on a Saturday. It went so smooth. I had 4 hosts who were amazing! They helped me set up, pass out cake, keep track of the time and then clean up when the party was a over. They were aware and extremely kind and courteous. I couldn’t have asked for better staffing for my daughter’s first birthday. I would gladly reserve another party here for her or my son solely based on the high level of customer service I received for my guests, my daughter and myself. I am graciously thankful for the hosts that were there to help me for the day and thankful to the gym for accommodating my party my needs. Dan my coordinator was also very helpful in coordination via email and phone conversation. Thanks for the great experience and I am pleased to leave a 5 star review based on my party experience.

I have been a member for close to two years. I previously was a member at Equinox in Bethesda. I love Lifetime - it suits my needs so much better than my previous club. The facilities are huge and spotless. I have never had to wait for a machine or equipment. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. I work with my trainer, Max, on a weekly basis and take advantage of the Lifetime training app twice a week as well. Max sets up the workouts for me on the app so I can choose to come into the club when is most convenient for me. I wasn’t aware of the app and was thrilled to be introduced to it. I have been looking for something like this for a long time.
The entire training staff are really friendly - they are so receptive to questions and will do whatever it takes to meet your needs. The other members are incredibly friendly as well. In this time of isolation everyone is looking for a way to connect with old and new friends. Lifetime provides so many opportunities for connection, and is starting to feel like a second home to me. I love coming here.

I have been a member since 2017. I like the gym facilities and the crew are awesome.

Gr8 customer service at this location! The team's always very welcoming and accommodating and they keep the club/gym in really good shape. Fyi, this is what I regularly witness when i go in an hour or two b4 they close.
