Allied Pharmacy

This pharmacy has the BEST customer service. It begins with the person who answers the phone (unlike chain pharmacies that put you in que for a long time). Questions are answered and helpful information about your Rx or insurance coverage is always immediate. If you need more assistance, the next person is just as nice and helpful. I worked with Tiffany and she was fantastic gathering information and helping fill a very expensive Rx. She was patient with my questions and very kind.

Allied also has a delivery service within a certain range or they will mail it out if there's no urgency. I would highly recommend Allied Pharmacy.

Great pharmacy! Pharmacists and other members of this team are great and very helpful with prescriptions. I had some issue with contacting to my doctor about my prescriptions and Allied Pharmacy did it for me multiple times. They not only got prescriptions and able to get my medications ready on time but also used coupons to get it cheaper for me! Tell you a secret! With insurance and coupons it cost me $0! I really appreciate their help! I will recommend this pharmacy to my friends and recommend it to everyone!

I am new to Allied for my eye drops. I was so impressed by the quick response and willingness to work with my eye doctor to get the best price on a very expensive prescription. I amdefinitely an Allied fan!

The pharmacists and technicians at Allied are very professional, caring and kind. They always ask how you are doing with regard to ongoing medications. They are also VERY discrete when talking with customers, as others are waiting in line. I think most people appreciate that. Farah took real good care in assisting my refilling needs and was extremely courteous. I highly recommend Allied pharmacy!

I write very few reviews, but just had to pass along information about this remarkable business. I found Allied Pharmacy several years ago when my dermatologist highly recommended it, and I am so fortunate that he did! They are, hands down, the pharmacy to use for medications used to treat skin conditions. However, they are by no means limited to that and my husband and I use them for all of our prescriptions. It is almost impossible to believe that there is a pharmacy where they answer their phone quickly, where a pharmacist is not only willing to speak with a patient, but is available to do so. They go out of their way to locate specific brands of medications and to find the best price. As noted by another reviewer, they will try and find a coupon that will lower the price (In one case I ended up paying $10 rather than the more than $400 Walgreens wanted). You have the option of picking up your prescriptions or using their free delivery service. They are professional and caring, they follow through, they offer great service at a great price; a true gem.

I highly recommend Allied Pharmacy. My insurance requires I use CVS (barf as many know) to cover my prescriptions, but there have been times they don't have the prescripts or the doc has called them into Allied. EVERY SINGLE TIME they have been fantastic to work with. If the insurance won't cover the meds, they often will automatically apply some coupon they have access to that brings the cost the same as CVS. The people answer the phone quickly, are friendly and engaged and I have never felt like they are trying to rush me off the phone. If I could use them for ALL my family's prescriptions, I would!

Today was my first time using Allied Pharmacy, and I was delightfully surprised! My physician had suggested using Allied for a more expensive medicine and through Allied Pharmacy's pursuing my insurance coverage along with a coupon, the cost of the prescription was dramatically reduced. My doctor sent a prescription to Allied and I was shocked at how good the service was. My medications were mailed to me and when I called, the service was friendly and conscientious. After negative experiences at other chain pharmacies, this was a welcome relief. Keep it up Allied!

I have been using Allied for over year, and my experience has always been great! I am taking medications that are not always affordable with my insurance. Allied pharmacy always helps me find discounts and coupons, something that larger companies do not take the time, or the care to help you with. So thankful that this pharmacy is able to work with me as I travel throughout the DMV.

I love this pharmacy and use them all the way from Arlington. They give me the option to pick up the prescription which I have done on occasion, but they will also mail it with excellent tracking information. For my daughter's dermatological prescriptions, some of which are new and expensive topicals, they have the best prices around. And to top it all off, they are always really friendly and helpful on the phone or in person. Thank you!

I usually don't write reviews, but after talking to Farah she was great. She called back which most of the time I never expect them to actually call me back. She follow up with me and also helped me save over $100. One of the best services and they deliver straight to your door.

Super helpful folks, love their customer service. They are very busy so there are times that you wait on the phone. They mail your orders using a fast courier at no cost, and you are able to pick up the prescriptions as well. Transfer all your Rx here, you will be pleased.

I love Allied Pharmacy. They contact my doctor when I needed refills & include pertinent information about my medications.
If I need something changed, it is done without a problem and I'm still able to get it same day. It’s so very easy and convenient. Amazing customer service. Farah is great!

My sister has been at about 8 facilities in the DC area since her stroke in 2015. Allied Pharmacy is the only pharmacy service that has delivered fair pricing, responsive service and overall compassion!

I cannot understand how anyone would give them less than a five stare review as I'd give them TEN If I could!

I've called them with budgetary concerns and they were consistently patient and considerate, by helping us find the most cost effective solutions; and even lowering prices, where they could.

I absolutely love this pharmacy!!! Time and time again, they have found coupons to lower my prescriptions and it’s so convenient to have them delivered right to my front door with no delivery charge!!! I truly thank God for this pharmacy and I am so glad that I found this provider from one of the medical assistants at my doctors office.

When my doctors’s office delayed in ordering pre-op medicines, Allied came through and went above and beyond the scope of their responsibility. Sara made sure she had the correct prescriptions and sent them overnight to my home so they would get there in time. She called back to make sure they were received. They are fabulous and dependable.

Allied is a hidden gem! Thankful my dermatologist told me about it. I’ve switched all of my prescriptions over from the bigger pharmacies. One chain pharmacy tried to charge me almost $400 for my prescription WITH insurance…I called Allied and they got me the same medicine for $3.92. I was SHOCKED. They saved me hundreds! They get you the lowest price every time and you never have to ask. I was tired of dealing with the overworked people at the bigger pharmacies who barely answer the phone because they are so slammed and don’t want to deal with customers. Allied delivers too!
