The place is clean, beautiful, cheaper, water free, and you can drink while waiting to the movie start. I'm definitely going there more times.

Driving into imagination and back out again into reality a really cool place of stories and communion to build friendships and memories and experiences
Everyone had a story to tell and a place is sometimes needed to share this story. Great place to go if visiting the area

Gem of a theater! I love this place. It’s convenient for me to walk there and has a nearby parking garage if you have to drive or bike since it is right off the crescent trail. I love that I can get a glass of wine for my movie watching. They have a full bar! Popcorn is good. Seats are really really comfortable and clean. And the online ordering of tickets is great. Reserving seats is also a big plus! Happy they survived through Covid. Everyone should go see movies!

Above average theater! Clean and there were comfortable seats. Landmark isn't great for their nonrefundable service fees they charge with tickets, but in balance their prices are similar to any theater in the DC area.

I love this theatre! Great movies, easy location to walk to with restaurants/cafes all around if I want to eat before or after show. Love being able to take my wine in to the theatre with me too!

This is an absolutely lovely cinema, it has that cozy Landmark feel with more unique refreshments than your average theatre (and a diverse array of snacks, beverages, and even tea!).

The actual theatres are small with comfortable chairs, though they don't have that massive, overwhelming feel that many theatres do -- but that makes it really enjoyable for certain films.

I highly recommend checking out any Landmarks in the area and enjoying a really unique experience.

I love this theater for the amazingly comfortable seats and the fact that it's such a short drive away from home (on nice days I can ride my bike to here). The tickets here are reasonable, and I love that Mondays and Tuesdays are $7 ticket days. I'm lucky enough to be in the kind of work where I can go in twice sometimes on these days to watch movies. I like that they offer a selection of hot teas here, too.

Very cool theatre. Nice screen and the chairs are comfy. They chairs look like they could use a cleaning with leather conditioner but that's not a big deal.

The gentleman behind the concessions counter was very nice and we enjoyed our visit very much. The movie we saw was good but that has nothing to do with the theater lol.

We felt very comfortable coming here and recommend this for you're movie entertainment needs (:

Nice theater. The snacks are super expensive but the ticket prices make up for it.

Nice theater, price for tickets are par for the area, competitive beer and cocktail prices (for a movie theater). If you are seeing a popular movie, beware that it can get PACKED. If you are prepared for that, then this is a great theater. Staff were also very quick (and friendly) getting through the concessions line which should be noted, because I have seen MUCH emptier venues really struggle with this.

Great theater, the leather seats are super comfortable, and the rooms are large but not huge. Well maintained and clean facility. The cool part is that they have a full bar and the concession stand has things that the larger theaters don't have. Great experience and a very nice place to watch a movie. The only thing they could do better (it's marginal) is install reclining seats.

Went here recently to see the new Macbeth (not a lot of showings in the area!) Theater was clean, staff were friendly, and the place was almost empty. Actual matinee prices were a welcome surprise.

Lots of parking nearby at the usual Bethesda rates, though helpfully the street between the theater and the parking was closed for outdoor dining so crossing was safe and easy.

Nothing special about the equipment, screens, or amenities here. Just glad to go to a theater since our closest theater closed. Sure, the escalator down is broken, but isn't that a DC tradition? Would not feel at home if both of the escalators were working.

This is the place to go to catch independent films locally. The biggest downside is figuring out parking, at a decent price, though other locals might have some tips, and if you frequent the area, you'll likely find good spots on your own. I'm not sure when it was added, nor if it applies to e every screen, but the addition of reserved seating is most welcome. The theaters are typically smaller, "cozier", if you will, which is by no means a bad thing. I honestly don't recall if it was stadium seating, but I'm assuming it was, as I found no issues seeing over others. I definitely can recommend it, if more independent films are to your liking!

Such a fun theater! They have a bar and concessions right across from the bar, the theater seats were comfy as well! Staff was fantastic and the theater was clean.

We always enjoy a trip to Landmark on Bethesda Row. The selection.of movies is usually excellent. The seats are comfy and there's a bar, and refreshments available. A bit pricey but that's the norm for a trip to the movies. The elevator down to the theaters is helpful and there's seating if you get there early.

This is our favorite theater with a better variety of food and a well stocked bar to enjoy our treats in a comfortable lobby while waiting for friends. The reserved and comfortable seating is on a steeply raked floor so that there are no obstructed seats. They show the better, more interesting movies.
