The driver had trouble finding the address. He texted me and then together we were able to get the flowers delivered. He was excellent. The flowers were very much appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to get it right

Kentlands Flowers and Bows specializes in fresh cut flowers, floral arrangements for all occasions, fruit and gourmet gift baskets, and gifts (including greeting cards, chocolate bars, reusable food wraps, home decor, vases, gardening books, and more).

There is parking in the rear. Upon entry, you must wear a mask and use hand sanitizer. All of the staff were wearing masks. Due to the size of the store, two customers are permitted in the store at one time. If you don't feel like shopping indoors, they offer contactless delivery and pickup.

When I walked inside, I loved that the store is fragrant (the smell of fresh cut flowers) and clean (clear pathway throughout the store). The staff were friendly and kind. The customer service was excellent. Rachel helped us with bows for sprays and wreaths. She was creative with materials they had in stock. She made it so that it was easy to assemble when we arrive at the memorial service.

Delivery man called me because the house was hard to find. Extremely nice and polite. I call family who would be familiar with where it was (up a hard to find cul de sac) and, voila!

I needed the perfect arrangements for a bridal shower and Rachel delivered the most gorgeous flowers. My guests were amazed. They were so helpful, from start to finish.

They did a great job putting the flowers together with very little direction. I've used them for multiple occasions (including my wedding) and have been very happy with the results every time.

Tonya is a true artist and an absolute professional! She worked with us to manifest our vision down to the smallest of details. She even did her best to make sure our vision still rung true even when our vision was outside of our budget.

The day of she was superhero not only were our flowers what we hoped for and more, she jumped in to help make sure all our decor meshed well with her pieces.

I’m a design professional myself and she made sure I could step back on the day of and carried out our vision.

She even dealt with our horrible venue owner, Tonya made sure our day went smoothly in spite of a vendor owner who made all my vendors jobs very difficult. I’d recommend her ten times over. I was very proud of our work together and will be ever thankful for all she and her team did for us!

This shop has a new owner, and she and her team are true artists with flowers. I gave Tanya some broad thoughts of an arrangement I needed for a memorial service and asked her to be creative. What she produced was perfect and gorgeous. Many people at the service commented on how lovely and appropriate the flowers were for our departed loved one. The vibe at the shop is one of joy. These folks enjoy their work (and each other), and put extra effort and care into their creations. This is now absolutely my go to place for flowers.

The owner personally delivered an arrangement we needed for a memorial service before the store opened. She was extremely kind and personable. All the staff in the store are wonderfully helpful and extremely talented. They worked to make our arrangement exactly what we requested. I will always use them for local requests!

Put in an order and they were delivered the same day. The flowers received looked even better than the picture. I would definitely recommend.

The bouquets we ordered were beautiful and smelled lovely. I appreciated the advice we got on how to keep them looking nice throughout the ceremony. My sister picked them up before noon and they still looked gorgeous at midnight. The order process was made very easy with Shannon's assistance and the flowers were ready on time.
