Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful. Even better in person than in the photos. Better selection, designs and prices than I found at other places locally. The ease of ordering online was also greater than some other popular florists (and doing this from out of state/ across the country for a funeral, this was very important to me). They delivered on time despite inclement weather, and they did not add to all the hassles I faced of organizing a parent’s funeral. They made this part so easy, and it was exactly what my parents would have loved. My order included a casket spray, standing wreath and large vase display. I cannot thank them enough, truly.

Ella, the florist, did an exceptional job by attentively listening to my requirements. She meticulously searched for flower patterns and beautifully crafted personalized messages on the ribbons, even adding Chinese characters as requested. The quality of the flowers was absolutely phenomenal—fresh and exactly matched the online designs I found through a quick Google search. Moreover, everything was delivered on schedule, which alleviated a lot of stress during such a challenging time. I contacted Koko Florist to prepare funeral flowers for my dear Aunt. I live out of state and was told this is a fabulous floral shop. Indeed they are!! Koko Florist and Ella specifically did a magnificent job with the bouquet. I did make a pivot on my original request and Ella worked with me and the timeframe for my change. Not only was the bouquet beautiful, the white glove service Ella provided was five star.

Koko Florist is a Korean owned shop in Rockville. We visited them to inquire about floral arrangements for a funeral after a loved one recently passed away. Disappointed with other florists in the area, we decided to visit Koko.

Ella assisted my mom and I and she gave us a guided experience. She helped us browse through different arrangements on the computer and also showed us photos of actual work they did for past clients. When selecting a floral arrangement tier (standard, deluxe, and premium), Ella was honest and not pushy at all. We felt comfortable with upgrading to a higher tier, and it was a decision we did not regret.

For the ribbon on the flowers, we wanted Chinese writing. This was not an issue for Koko Florist. Ella supplied us with her email and we emailed the script we wanted on the banner. Our message was printed on to a silvery white ribbon and the ribbon was tied into a bow on the arrangement.

Before the flowers were delivered, we also received a text message with a picture of the completed product, so we knew exactly what we were getting before it was delivered.

An issue we had with other florists was that their arrangements looked kind of tacky and you could tell they were cutting corners. This was not the case with Koko Florist - we were really happy with how contemporary and modern our arrangement looked. The arrangement also looked very full and we were especially happy with how the fresh the roses were.

Koko Florist's attention to detail, kind and patient service, and artisanal work really impressed us. We will definitely go to them again for our floral needs!

Cannot thank Koko and team enough. Was able to pickup 3 bouquets 30 min after close. These 3 bouquets all put in water and beautiful! Really appreciated the attentiveness to my last minute order. I literally ordered these bouquets 1 hour before they closed and asked if I could come back 30 min after they closed. They said yes without hesitation. Thank you so much! You made a 30 year and 2 twenty year work anniversaries very special!

Stumbled upon Koko Florist while I was calling around for a last minute bouquet. The sweet woman who answered the phone was able to help and put together a bouquet for me to pick up within a few hours. I highly recommend this florist and will be coming back for future events!

Koko Florist creates stunning arrangements, provides excellent service, and has an attractive and easy to navigate website.

They are floral artists that use the best quality and really “high-end” flowers, but they are also really kind people that keep you in the loop with text messages about your delivery.
