Amazing. It's so great. I went to massage envy before, and I was not impressed. Massage envy deducts 10 minutes per massage (5 minutes each to dress/undress). There is basically no wait time here. Same day appointments are easy to obtain. My only dislike is the pressure to tip. The therapists are apparently getting undercut by the competitive rates.

Full body massage with clothes on. Nothing weird. Very reasonable prices and daily specials if you get on their email list.

I've been visiting Nirvana on a weekly basis for about five years. Friendly service and excellent therapists. They really give you a workout!

I have visited this place last week because of the street sign advertising $49/hour massage. My therapist David has done one of the best foot massages I've ever had. He also massaged my head, face, arms, and back, and after one hour I was completely relaxed. Great job. The reason I gave only 4 stars is the absence of privacy. There is one big room in which massage beds are separated by curtains on two sides,. One side that faces the isle remains open at all times and people walking in and out can see you. Because of that massage is done while you are completely dressed, unlike most other massage spas. So when visiting this place you may want to dress comfortably and remove everything from your pockets to get the best acupressure experience.

Ive been here once before but this time I was very disappointed. Came in for a one hour full body massage but the masseuse was 30 minutes late. I realised Nirvana uses body lotion rather than oil, and the towels to remove the lotion which should be moist and hot, were dry and room-temperature and smelled like mildew. I left the place only wanting to go home and take a shower because I felt the mildew smell on my body and clothes. Lady at front desk said they have had previous complaints about mildew-smelling towels, so I am surprised they don't buy new ones?
The massage itself was OK -- I had to ask the masseuse three times to make the massage harder. Very little kneading, nothing like a deep-tissue massage I was expecting -- quite superficial massage. Don't plan on coming back here.

I would give it less than zero stars if I could, the place sucks!! My girlfriend got me a gift certificate from there for fathers day. A few days later, I called around noon to make an appointment, made the appointment for 5 PM and was asked if I wanted a male or female masseuse, to which I confirmed I wanted a female. Drove to the place on time and when I got there I was told there was no female available and was offered a male. So I just drove 30 minutes for nothing. So basically, you are on their time, not yours. Yet there are plenty of places I know of that you could simply walk in and they give you what you ask for. So they're pushing money away, guess they think they're too good. My girlfriend called and was transferred to the manager voicemail, it's been over a week and she has yet to hear back. For those thinking is a gay fhobia thing, is not, I simply have my preference, just like everyone else.
