Kensington Pharmacy is the model for what every pharmacy should be- kind, thoughtful, helpful, and incredibly efficient! I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Family care for generations and it shines through.

As often as possible we try to support independent pharmacies, and Kensington Pharmacy is a perfect example of why. They offer personal attention for each customer, and they've helped me navigate insurance coverage with refills, and reached out to insurance companies and doctor's offices on my behalf. Their delivery service is fantastic, and picking up and checking out is easy, too. In particular, I want to thank Denise for their outstanding customer support and care with my family.

Excellent pharmacy with personalized service. This pharmacy always goes the extra step to obtain our family's medication. I was having a hard time locating a medication that is not very common. They were able to obtain it the next day. Thank you again, we will continue to keep our business with Kensington Pharmacy.

I almost never leave reviews, but Kensington Pharmacy goes above and beyond. They remind me of the pharmacy we went to when I was a child. The automated refill phone system is easy to use. If a prescription needs renewed, they are prompt to contact the provider and get you your prescription. I hadn’t realized I was low on one of my medications and called last night after closing. Today I called to check if I needed to have my doc send it in and they had already refilled it and sent it out for delivery. It’s already at home and I don’t have to worry about stopping in with my little one in tow. They make one part of daily like simple, and for that, they deserve the highest praise.

Kensington Pharmacy is just another word for excellent customer service. They are courteous, kind and professional. They treat their customers with individual concerns according to their needs. I feel that any questions or problems that I may have regarding my medications will be handled with care by the staff of Kensington Pharmacy. They are also well stocked with many other health care items, miscellaneous household items, and if you don't see it just ask one of the helpful staff and I guarantee if they have it they will find it for you and if they don't, they wii do everything in their power to direct you to where to find it. They also provide delivery service. They simply are the best pharmacy you can find!

My wife and I went to K pharmacy late afternoon of July 24 right after released from knee surgery to fill a number of RXs. It began to storm and my wife said she would be back. The pharmacist said no need as he would deliver to our house when he got off work. This is the place of real and great customer service and friendliness as compared to big Corp. pharmacies and grocery stores.

I got the new Covid bivalent booster here. I tried making an appt at the big pharmacies and the county to get it this week, but couldn’t find any appointments soon. I happened to walk by this pharmacy and saw they were offering it. I was in and out within a few minutes, barely any wait, no appointment needed. Easy!

Ok took the photos from their website (they are not my own) but I’m telling you, these amazing pharmacists and sisters are so kind and very knowledgeable. I had a crisis getting a certain medication from other retailers and they went ABOVE and beyond to get it for me. I know it’s tempting to go to big chains but if you live at all near by please support them! They are seriously wonderful and a true local family owned and female owned pharmacy!

This is a pharmacy the staff really know what customer service means and what it means to build a relationship with it's customers. The level of care, concern and customer service is above any and all of the major chains. Take your business to Kensington Pharmacy. You won't regret it!

This is the absolute best pharmacy in Montgomery County. I used to go to the CVS in the same parking lot but never again. Copays are the same but the service is top notch. They will go out of their way to help their customers in ways that the big drug chain stores never will. They also have free delivery! The staff is great and the family that owns the store is awesome!

Kensington Pharmacy is a fantastic family run business. They will ALWAYS go out of their way to help you. They are always polite and friendly. I drive by two Safeway and one Giant Pharmacies and one CVS to get to them.

Best pharmacy!! Way better than the name brand chain. They have your medicine on time! Not like the other place that takes like 2 days to get you your prescription. Customer Service is superb. Fast service!

Family run. Great customer service. Willing to go the extra mile to help. "Z" the pharmacist, is awesome! They also "blister pack" meds for you in case you have elderly or forgetful family, which helps administering of pills. They also deliver meds to assisted living and nursing homes!

I have never seen a more caring family as I do with the Staff at Kensington Pharmacy- I absolutely adored the owner Huseyin Tunc along with his daughters, Melike and Zeynup . I don't live very close to Kensington, but because of their "family" atmosphere, I drive a distance to have my prescriptions filled. Not only do I get my prescriptions filled there, I enjoy going into the pharmacy and looking around at all the unique merchandise and chatting with the staff. They treat you like family....not to mention their professionalism and knowledge about your medications. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I like that they deliver! I'm a caretaker for my Mom and I'm unable to leave her so this is a big help. I could order from Amazon which is probably cheaper; I may
have to if financially things get too expensive. I also like to support local businesses and they are very friendly, especially when you're a last minute before they close kinda person!!
