Nordstrom Rack

A wonderful young man by the name of David helped me checkout today. He was gracious, kind and caring. I asked him for his opinion about a few pieces and his advice was spot on. Thank you, David, for making a difference in my day. Nordstroms is lucky to have you on their team!!

This is a good store if you are looking for high end luxury at moderately reduced price. They have a nice suits for men and a tailor with over 27 years of experience. They sell everything from shoes to hats and many other accessories.

Good store with BIG assortment of different trade marks. Prices are lower than in regular Nordstrom, but higher than in Marshalls for the same stuff.
Just an example, - I bought New Balance in Marshalls for $40, when at Nordstrom Rack the price is $60.
So, the biggest pros - assortment of goods.
Cons - prices are higher than for the same stuff at Marshalls.
But , in any cases, I like this store. 5 stars

Best customer experience I have had in years! I was helped by Noel-Emile and was there near closing time. That didn’t change how happy and excited Noel was to help! He was so pleasant, listened to me, made suggestions and also educated me about Nordstrom as a company and all the good they are doing such as supporting black-owned and women-lead businesses which is very important to me but also putting measures in place to make sure none of the companies they use uses children labor. He also told me about BP which is a Nordstrom owned brand and that a portion of the proceeds go to charity. I had shop many times at that store but never knew any of this. I now want to learn more and will definitely shop there again soon! Thanks Noel for everything!!

My experience at the Nordstrom's rack located in Rockville Maryland right off of shady Grove is always a pleasant surprise when im looking for All of essential pieces for my night. This is a great place to get all that your looking for at excellent bargain prices and on top name brands like Gucci and ferragamo to the Valentinos of the world. I absolutely love to come in to this store with there quality Representatives/employees and Managers. They Are extremely knowledgeable with the brands that are found in this store they are great sales people with great personalities.

This is one of my favorites store, their product is very unique. Have been shopping here for over 11 years without any regret. Good quality mostly dress shoes and sneakers. My only problem is the long line at checkout which they need to do better with this aspect of their service. Overall, am satisfied and will definitely recommend. Shalom

never shopped at this nordstrom’s rack before, only went to the one in friendship heights before it closed. this one was much better. great finds, very organized, very nice staff. delmar was friendly and helpful. sad to see bigots like aaron gawronsky complain about “sexual” and “political” agenda. clearly talking about a young man wearing pride pins on his apron. reviews are not the place for politics!!! great store. would shop again

Love the store it had all the merchandice and all the name brands that I was looking for in my size

I was here on Wednesday May 25 to find a pair of shoes. The store was clean and organized. The prices were great and the staff was helpful. I was enjoying my shopping until i had to listen to a grown man wine and complain because he had to wait in line. Nobody else behind him. Including me, had a problem with the wait.

Once it was his turn he proceeded to antagonize the cashier obviously looking for a reaction. The cashier kept his composure and rung him up. After running his mouth to the cashier for 2 whole minutes, he proceeded to ask for a manager and started to berate the manager.
Apparently the cashiers were not moving as fast as he would like because as he put it “I’m a lawyer and this service is unacceptable”

As a FEDERAL law assistant myself, this IS NOT the way you’re supposed to behave. I applaud the staff for how they handled it. These folks do not get paid enough to listen to a grown man complain who’s obviously too big for his own britches with his briefs stuck up in his A**.
And throwing the lawyer card was a disgrace!

This was by far one of the most organized Nordstrom Racks I’ve been to! Although I wasn’t able to find the loafers I originally went in to buy, I left the store with two new pairs of shoes and a awesome pair of sunglasses. I will for sure return to do more shopping.

Always a fan of Nordstrom Rack but this review is a shout out to John the tailor at this specific store. I had a funeral and had to head out of town in just a few hours. I thought I was in big trouble having tossed my other appropriate suit recently. John came through in a big way and did a great job for me altering a suit. I tried to tip him but he wouldn’t take it. I hope this store values John. He provides excellent customer service and takes great price in his work. Your the best John.

This store has amazing customer service! One of the sensor tags was accidentally left on a pair of shoes I bought. Rather than have me drive back to the store, the manager came to my house and removed it right at my door step! Thank you Kevin and Alvina for your help and incredible customer service. I could not be happier with my purchase.

Looking for a quick gift. Forgot my mask, was greeted at the door with one no problem! Also got help from staff in looking for a Chinese New Year gift. Found something quickly. Nice price. I'll be back!

The location is Gold. Off 270 back to 270. Easy access. Lots of parking spaces.

I was looking for an original and good smelling fragrance for my son; not only did I find it here, the price was also awesome. A great original French perfume for below $40? This sale is insane and I think anyone in need of good fragrance should get it before they are all gone. The good thing is, you can also order it online. No need to rush to the store with this Covid-19 restriction. The sale ends this week but the products are first come first served.
I like good smell that is why I felt like sharing with you if interested. I don’t get paid to run them a promotion. No. I just want you to get good stuff that I found necessary.

Super busy on Saturdays, with a long checkout line, but staff were quick and friendly and the store was generally well organized and tidy.
