Maryland National Memorial

I worked with Valerie Allen in Laurel, MD. She helped me through the complete process. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating with helping me to prearrange burial place for my loved ones. One can appreciate the care that she gave even though fortunately I have not lost the loved ones I was preparing for - she was just awesome the way she spoke to me and explained in layman terms every detail.

I worked with Ismail and he could not have nicer. His was very respectful and he showed genuine concern for my loss. His voice just made me more comfortable. I would recommend him for anyone having to bury a loved one.

Had the pleasure of meeting Carol Gonzalez at the Maryland National Memorial Park. Carol is a family service counselor, and she assisted us with funeral arrangements at the cemetery. She was so pleasant and kind. She was also very professional and answered all questions and concerns the family had. We did get a tour of the grounds, and we met other staff members. The atmosphere was so pleasant, and the staff was so amazing. They even shared snacks with us while we waited. Truly appreciated their excellent service to go over and beyond for their clients. We will definitely refer others who are in need of their services.

I had a Lady that works at the park show me the whole Memorial Park she was the best. I definitely will be having my family in this Memorial park. They had nice prices there and even the Lady's boss came over and showed me around as well.. The staff is great there and they care about how good and comfortable your love ones are in there park..I give Mrs. Valerie Allen who works at the Memorial 5 stars on how well she knew her park and if she didn't know her boss came and told me so the staff there is great. Everybody get 5 stars there.I wanna thank Mrs. Valerie for taking the time out to show me the memorial park and for making me feel comfortable in bringing my love one there..Antwon Mckelvin!

Beautiful cemetery and greatest staff. Mr. Mehdi and Mr. Michael King went above and beyond to help us during this most difficult time of our lives. My young husband would have selected Mr. King himself for his outstanding service, compassion and patience. I felt assured that I was giving my husband the very best for his final resting place. Thank you, Mr. King. You are the man!

My experience with customer service was most pleasant. Even comforting. Michael King was so pleasant and comforting and made me feel better although I was hurting and my heart was aching.

Maryland National Memorial made me feel like they really cared, they were very patient and answered every question we had. We requested to see our mom lowered and wanted see see the whole burial, we were granted that request which was very important to us. Thank you all again for your service. You are the best.

Our visit to Maryland National Memorial cemetery was for the purpose of discussing plans made by our parents 40 years ago. We were assisted by Mr Michael King who took the utmost care to help us organize our thoughts, touring the cemetery and helping us with our own future plans. Mr King was very professional yet personable who showed great concern for our family’s details. We would give Mr King 6 stars if that were possible.

Bon was exceptional she took great care of us and was extremely patient with us while we were struggling to make a decision to finalize anything for my brother. If you have a chose in who to work with at Maryland National choose Bon! Thank You Again Bon!!!

Yesterday was rough for me because it was the first Mother's day without my mom. I'm so glad we chose to have her buried here. Flowers were being sold at the entrance and they were giving out surveys which I think is awesome because it shows that they are interested in our opinions. I had a rough time trying to locate where my mom was but that issue was easily resolved by one of the grounds guys Dustin who assisted me. I was happy to see they were fixing graves and there to assist if need be.

We had the pleasure of working with Michael King at Maryland National Memorial. He was very professional and personable. He made it easy to transact the business we had .

Carol was great. My mom had actually made this process really simple by having everything taken care, of, but it was still a difficult thing to do and Carol put us at ease and made everything go smoothly. She was a doll the day of and accompanied us and made us everything was just like we wanted.

The staff at Maryland National Memorial Cemetery were very professional and courteous during my time of bereavement. There was no pressure as they explained burial options and considerations on the sudden loss of my husband. They also helped me to make my personal arrangements in advance so my family will have this taken care of.

Awesome staff who listens to the customers needs and wants. A team who make you feel that we are all family. When the ground dedication was performed for our loved one, the staff was very professional. Everything that was discussed prior to that, it was done with excellence. Definitely left with a great peace of mind.
