Hilton St. Louis-Airport

Every single person that I encountered in my 24 hour stay at this hotel was wonderful. Friendly and helpful staff is so important when you are unfamiliar with an area and need a good place to work, eat and sleep. Thank you staff of Hilton STL! You made me smile several times just because of your kindness.

My hotel room was a little outdated, but very clean. And I never heard the airplane noise from the airport which was extremely loud outside was completely unnoticeable in the room.

I had two meals while staying. Both were salads and were as expected at a Hilton - standard fare, fairly fresh, definitely good portions. They arrived quickly and serving staff was attentive even thought it was rarely busy and she was the only one taking orders.

Finally, the location is so good for airport access. The free shuttle is a great convenience, though we did wait nearly 30 minutes for the pick up from the airport. Getting back to the airport was quick, shuttles were in a 15 minute schedule.

Very convenient location. Was able to drop off my rental, and just walk right over to the hotel which had shuttle service to the airport.

Service was extremely friendly and courteous, staff was amazing everyone from the front desk, to the bellhop, and especially the bar/ restaurant.

I’ve never had such amazing hotel food. My group was extremely impressed with the food and service. Normally my expectations aren’t high with hotel food, but we were legitimately blown away and impressed.

Definitely recommend this Hilton, great experience.

Amazing place! My partner and I were driving across country and stopped here for the night. Great location right off the highway, and top notch customer service! They already knew we were coming, saw our membership status and allowed us to check in an hour early, food/drink coupon and an upgrade. 10/10

I give this hotel high ratings. Here is why.
THE STAFF
1. The shuttle from and to the airport was courteous and convenient.
2. The front desk for check-in and out was very attentive to our needs.
3. The restaurant food and service was amazing! Our group of 10 stayed on May 11, 2024 and returned on May 18, 2024 after a week of cycling on the Katy Trail. We loved cycling, dining and rooming on the trail. But among the best food and service we had all week was at the St Louis Airport Hilton. VERY special thanks to chef Shawna Lubguban and server Tamarra and director of F&B Berrin Abdullah for making us feel so special and cooking and serving such great food.

I had a great stay, but what really stood out was the quality of service. Everyone was friendly and my shuttle driver, Oscar, made me feel welcomed and like a valued guest. Will be back for the nice rooms and exceptional hospitality!

I stayed here last week and it was a great experience. What made it especially wonderful was, not only the shuttle to and from the airport, but shuttle driver Oscar who made sure the trip back was lighthearted and enjoyable.

Shuttle driver had clipped another bus when pulling in to pick up my colleague and myself at the airport terminal. Asked 3 times if we were picking up a car or checking in. Was talking to himself the entire journey to drop folks off in the parking lot first than asked again if we were picking up a car or checking in. He then looked at me and stated he didn't want issues with a disgruntled passenger. I tipped him.The weirdness continued as he walked into.the hotel pulled one of the ladies at the desk aside and started talking to her. My colleague and I checked in went to the bar for dinner the gooey butter cake was my favorite. I still don't and couldn't comprehend the behavior of the shuttle driver.

I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at Hilton St. Louis Airport on January 27th.

It was a delightful experience overall. The service was exceptional, and the food was truly enjoyable.

Upon entering the restaurant, I was warmly greeted by Aigul, whose exceptional mannerism and welcoming smile set a pleasant tone. Jameson was also there to guide me through the buffet area and assist with tea and coffee service.

The buffet spread was impressive, featuring a variety of freshly cooked options and delectable treats.

For those concerned about parking, the overnight car park is available at a rate of $2 per hour.

The breakfast, priced at approximately $24 inclusive of tax, offered great value considering the quality and selection available.

It’s a typical american Hilton property. Comfortable and Clean .
Need to take care of their lift situation.

I was pleasantly surprised by this airport location! The hotel shuttle picked us up at 1:30am without any issues. I contacted the hotel ahead of time to make sure we know where to be and what number to call. The hotel is huge, but lovely. We were very pleased with our room and slept very well. The next morning, we walked 5 mins to the Hertz rental car location and picked up our car. Will definitely return!

HILTON ST. LOUIS AIRPORT HOTEL - I, Highly Recommend their Excellent Accomodations & Their BREAKFAST BUFFET - (Delicious Omelet specially prepared Just for you) -- "TELL THEM LENORA LOVE SENT YOU!"

This is my hotel of choice when I travel to St Louis. The location is convenient, the staff are friendly and professional, and my room is always clean and comfortable. I travel for work so it is important that I have a calm space after a long day at work. This hotel ticks that box.

The only thing I don’t like is you pay to park. having to have to pay to park at a hotel you already paying to stay at is ridiculous to me the rooms in the food in the service and everything was fine but making a person pay to park their car while you stay at the hotel is like robbery to me if there’s anything to be said about this whole thing or my whole experience with this is that you have to pay to park I know I keep repeating it because it really bugged me really bad having to pay to park your car at a hotel that you’re staying at

Quieter than ORD, but there is no tram to the airport. Not hotel's fault, but worth mentioning. The linens here are dreamy.

I was stuck here because American Airlines screwed me but Robert is the crown jewel of this establishment. So kind, so warm, so helpful, please give this gentleman a raise and teach your employees how to be like him.

I have never been to the Hilton before . It was great and the rooms were also very nice. Also we had a great view of the planes Taking off. All in all I have to say it Awesome!! I got this coin while I was there for an AA Convention . Great place if your looking to have a in house Convention or any event.
