Best Western Premier Rockville Hotel & Suites

I’ve said this to the staff and want to reiterate that this location is perfect for a jazz bar/ restaurant.. the location is prime and would be an amazing addition, the lack of food options is highly disappointing. If they could attract and retain a great chef and staff it would make Best western… a premier destination and be in line with its name… just some food for thought… pardon the pun lol.

I stay here two nights a week for work so it is my second home. Ryan at the front desk always greets me warmly, asks how my adorable puppy is doing, goes out of his way to take care of my needs, and is a huge part of why I love to stay here. The rooms are excellent and the modern decor sets this hotel apart as a special place to stay.

Our room was lovely, spacious and clean. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good for us and close to our final destination.

stopped overnight on a long drive. front desk was awsome and even thought it was late the bar made us some food. were some odd party goers hanging around that night but our floor was quiet as a mouse for sleeping. its not a luxury hotel but for a quick stop over it was a great night's sleep

Had a wonderful experience at the Best Wester Premier Rockville Hotel & Suites again this week. The rooms are clean, spacious and wonderfully welcoming. The updated look is sleek and modern. I will definitely be staying again in the near future.

The hotel was fairly recently renovated. The lobby is beautiful. My room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable, quiet.

Just checked out of this hotel and Ryan at the front desk was a great help! This place could use a bar at night but I will stay here again when I'm in town.

A little hard to find as it cannot be seen off 270. Rooms really clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Quiet atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent. Restaurant for evening meal was less impressive. Food was very good, but mostly sandwich type. Will stay here again.

Really nice hotel with super friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom layout was a little weird though (as mentioned by some previous reviews). The complimentary breakfast was good enough, with eggs, potatoes (which tasted pretty good), sausages and more. The lady at the breakfast was very nice to bring the toast to our table. Would stay again if visiting this area.

We were visiting Washington and this was a good place to stay. We had been staying in other Best Western's and this one was the best one of the trip. Loved the spacious breakfast room. The attendants were very good. They stayed on top of refilling the food, when needed. The front desk personnel was very curtious and helpful. Rooms were clean and decorated nicely. I would come back, if we come back.

The staff are the true gems here. They all are amazing. Rolondo went above and beyond at check in to make us comfortable and gave perfect recommendations for dinner. The room was spotless and updated. The area was super convenient and safe. Close to the metro station. We will absolutely be back.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean with comfy beds. There was a hot breakfast offered which was good--eggs, sausage, hash brown, pancakes plus cereal and bakery items. There was not hot breakfast advertised on Priceline when we booked, so it was a great surprise. We looked to book a place in Rockville, MD on our way home from our annual trip to Florida. We stayed at another hotel in the area and it was awful.(Sleep Inn hotel). We booked this Best Western plus based on it's 8 out of 10 rating on Priceline and good reviews we saw on there as well. Very happy with our stay even though it was one night. We'll be back!

Perfect hotel! Easy to get to the metro from there. Price was right, rooms were clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were nicely renovated and very clean. We enjoyed the pool and workout facility as well! The location close to everything and there were lots of dining choices nearby. Highly recommend this hotel

Came here for a family reunion this hotel was great for me and my family. Freddy and Daphne went above and beyond to search in the trash can for my brother’s missing airpods. Would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area!
