2023 update. I’ve been living here for about a year. They are a bit slow at responding but I believe that’s because they run other parks. It’s incredibly safe here. Before anyone moves into the park they do background checks to make sure you are safe for the young community. The owner is a bit mean but I think you have to be if you’re the owner and the manager is nice if you communicate with her. The community here is amazing. Everyone is so nice and supportive. There are a lot of kids here so it’s kid friendly. There is also a small park. They do have a service that boots cars so the roads don’t become ugly but they will boot utility vehicles. I had some work being done at my home and they booted the utility vehicle. The booting service is different from the park and they suck. All the booting service once is money. Overall is nice to live here if you fallow the rules but they will go hard after you if you don’t. Also as of 2024 rent is $378 so it’s perfectly for low income housing.

Management is terrible. They bill you for things that should be covered in your lease. Strongly discourage.

I live here and the management is nonexisting. They also do not screen potential residents. There has been multiple resident arrests for methamphetemines and assaults.

I been living here for a long time and new management sucks the lady is never available you call her and she never responded to your message and when she is in the office the sign says she close
