Hard to get ahold of anyone at this company. If you want to rent something they will return your call but any other reason , forget about it!!

Worst company to rent from. We lived here for about 3 years and as also spoken about in previous reviews. It was hard to get them to come out for any service call and we didn’t get a pool card after asking several times In one year. But man you better have that rent in on the absolute minute and second or they will send you about 50 late notice emails. We move out and we didn’t get our deposit back because they had to spend 1,100 on paint which was already left over. The house was far from perfect when we first moved in. Asked for receipts of everything and never got a response. I am not one to usually leave reviews, but beware of renting from this company. Highly recommend trying to find another leasing company.

I am currently renting from them. It is an extreme hassle every time something needs to be fixed. Sonya has been quite hard to get her to help me out when a problem occurs. I do not recommend renting from them.
