Awesome service. Everyone is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Each person is patient and understanding. They all are excellent at making sure they explain every step of all procedures and processes. I have really enjoyed being a patient here.

My experience with Rocky Mount Periodontist and Implant Center was exceptional. Initially, I visited for a consultation regarding gum issues, and it was determined that I needed a gum graft. Despite my apprehension, the entire team made me feel at ease, and the procedure went smoothly. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and Dr. Kim even followed up during my recovery to ensure everything was going well. If I had to go through it again, I wouldn't change a thing. It truly was the best experience possible!

My experience with Dr. Arrington was nothing but great. The staff is extremely friendly. They made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Arrington did a fantastic job very little pain during my recovery. She explains everything that she’s going to do in detail my experience there was five or above. I highly recommend Mount periodontics and Dr. Arrington If I need her, I will go again.

Dr. Kim and his staff are always so friendly and very thorough. I have had an implant put it and they are always so kind and patient and take their time to explain everything. Definitely recommend!

After having had two gum grafts with Dr Kim, I have nothing but excellent things to say about him and his staff. Having those procedures completely resolved symptoms I was having. Dr Kim and his staff are kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned about their patients' outcome and experience in their office. Cannot recommend this office enough!

Dr. Arrington and Dr. Kim provided excellent care over the course of my one year treatment for an extraction, bone graft and implant of one tooth.

I worked at Dr. Kim and Arrington’s office a couple years ago as an assistant. I recently had an unfortunate fracture and had to have a tooth removed, implant placement and a tissue graft. There was no doubt in my mind who I wanted to do the procedure. Dr. Kim is the best of the best and after my procedure I am still singing his praises. If I could give this office 10 stars I would!

The day of my surgery I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease, even as anxious and scared as I was to loose a tooth (I even shed some tears). Nicole is such a pleasure and kept my mind off of what was actually about to take place. Dr. Kim is super focused and determined through out the whole procedure that I was able to have the tooth extracted and implant placed on the same day which we thought would have been impossible. He did it and I am more than please with the outcome.

Since surgery I have had two post op appointments - I love the way there is a lot of documentation and pictures to see the progression of your healing. I never had one single stitch of pain. I just knew I would be sore and miserable after surgery but I hardly even had to take any Tylenol or ibuprofen! It was literally the best experience and I can not thank Dr. Kim and his staff enough for such a wonderful outcome! 10/10 recommend!!!

Dr Arrington was great. Her and the entire staff are very kind and friendly. I was nervous when I found out I needed a bone graft. Dr Arrington was wonderful. Everything went great and very little discomfort. I would highly recommend Dr Arrington.

My experience at Rocky Mount Periodontics was great. I received 2 lateral implants and the entire process was smooth with no issues . Would recommend services highly to anyone.

I would recommend Dr. Kim and his staff for any periodontal or implant procedure. They all strive for perfection in their care. I had difficulty with my insurance company paying for my implants. Dr. Kim wrote a letter to them. They reconsidered my claim and ended up paying it.

Dr Arrington is excellent. She makes you feel comfortable and is very easy to talk to. She has a great bedside manner and makes you feel at ease. The experience was great and would recommend.
