I am always looking for great old time juicy hamburgers and good hot dogs. When I find one I like, I ask the restaurant where they source from and any other things I find special about them.
I had been to two restaurants, one in Rocky Mount, NC and one in Nashville, NC and had GREAT hamburgers. I asked both where they sourced their ground beef from and they told me Williams Foods in Rocky Mount.
If you are looking for a GREAT burger at home, go there and get their GROUND CHUCK and cook it MEDIUM to MEDIUM RARE. You will have one of the best burgers you can get anywhere.
I don't know what it is that makes their ground beef so more tasty or where they source their beef from, but I can tell you; If you want a good burger, try it.
The price is comparable to grocery stores and it is so much better.
I will now be trying more of their products in the future.
